In store reps can be nasty and condescending. In particular a Hispanic female rep I encountered and Black male manager. Not at all knowledgeable about technical issues or professional in demeanor. Wait times can be ridiculous also. Avoid this location. I would give them less than one star if I could. They are absolutely horrible.
