Today was the first time that my wife and I had been into the new Royal Farms store since the remodel occurred. And the remodel is horrible the store is krant clothes in Harley move around the store gets way too much business for that crap to the store should have left it how it was. Now for the real problem its Saturday and your gas pumps are off. Yeah your gas pumps are off they are not working you cant get gas cant fill my car cant fill up my boat I cant fill up my lawn mower on this beautiful Saturday day but I have plans to do things, royal Farms is inadequate. And again there are Credit Card issues your pumps are not accepting credit cards my wife had a problem the other night with this I had a problem while back with this he still have not corrected this problem. And have you went and looked at your ratings for the Rover record how about the wards card I dont want it tied into a credit card I just want rewards for shopping there because I can go and shop somewhere else which now I have to I guess Wawa here I come since Roe phone is so inadequate show this to your CEO please maybe we need to get rid of that person because hes obviously screwing up the whole system for all you and employees. Very disgruntled customer waiting for a reply and waiting for coupons to compensate for the inconveniences I have suffered at your stores over last 6 months. Over haul management Not stores!
