Long time customer. My wife purchased 3 very large bottles of liquor. The owner placed them in a single paper bag. She got home, the bag broke, along with one of the bottles. An honest mistake, but the owners didnt have the integrity to make it right. They blamed her for holding bag wrong. They said they needed to see video proof of the incident. They laughed at me when I said I was going to take my business elsewhere. They are very disrespectful. Too cheap to double bag. And bring shame upon their family. I hope $30 was worth their honor.

I highly recommend this place! Westridge is a family owned, local establishment with a great selection and great prices. The family is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to answer questions you may have and help you pick out the right beverage for the occasion. Ive been here to stock up for holiday parties, birthdays, and cookouts, and they always seem to make the perfect suggestions. Try them out and youll see why theyre so awesome!

I feel valued as a customer--even if its months between visits, the staff remembers me and we hold conversations. I do wish they had a larger selection, but I wish that about every liquor store. They are the only store in the area to stock one of my preferred wine brands from the Finger Lakes region!
