I am from out of town and come to beautiful Easton, MD four or five times a year to visit relatives. I was in need of a few items and decided to visit Safeway in Easton. I had three items that were on sale and proceeded to the checkout. There was one line and when a customer asked a clerk if they could open another lane . The responded I. A rude voice. Then when I finally got to the clerk, she rang me out without the sale prices. When I asked about it and explained I was from out of town she rudely responded without looking me in the eye that they dont use courtesy cards! I left the products with her and left the store feeling abused. WOW! How to treat a customer!!
