Over the past year Raya has tattooed an entire sleeve on my right arm and two additional tattoos. Raya isnt just a tattooist that does exceptional work, but shes become a part of our family. Ive spent so much time with Raya that Ive gotten to know her family and its always a treat to hear what has been going on in her life. For me her studio feels like home and the art that covers the walls is a testament to her skill and talent. During one of our sessions we talked a little about how the best tattoos are those where the artist is allowed to let their creativity flow. I give her images that speak to me and she puts them together and just runs with it. Theres no set plan, but a road paved with her creativity. I respect her opinion and know that she wont lead me in the wrong direction. My skin is no longer a blank canvas, but has transformed in to a work of art. I am thankful that I saw the article in the Herald Mail about her shop or Id be traveling a much different path. One of my favorite things is when shes tattooing and gets this look, followed by the words "I was thinking." I know it means that even more beauty is about to grace my skin. Raya will be inking many more tattoos on my body and I cant wait. I also have her art work scattered throughout my home. Weve taken multiple pieces or art work and turned them in to tattoos, including a cat painting that she did. To say I would highly recommend her would be putting it mildly.

Raya is very talented, confident and service oriented. She has the artists eye for sure. Her demeanor puts one at ease right away. She did a fabulous job on my permanent make-up (eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner). I am so happy with the results. Before I found Raya, I have had these procedures done a few times by others over the course of 20 years and Raya is by far the best of the best!! She is an hour and a half drive from my home but definitely worth the trip and the little village of Boonsboro is absolutely enchanting.

Raya is absolutely wonderful! Lovely person and does really excellent art! I got a small tattoo of my own design that she redrew (Im a terrible artist..) and tattooed within an hour or so. I would definitely recommend her :)
