I went to buy jj Smith green smoothie cleanse book today. Edwin was very very helpful. He found thr book in the store and also helped me find it on the shelf. He also gave me some great tips about health. He checked me out and signed me up with a free magazine trial. He made me feel so welcome and paid attention to my needs. Also advised me of becoming a books a million member to save money. Fast checkout, pleasant service and he wished me luck on my health journey. I couldnt ask for a better customer service experience.
