We went out to Floors unlimited about 2 weeks ago. We saw their prices were about the best that we had seen. They said they would have an installer call to come and do an estimate. To make a long story short we could never reach the installer. At one point his phone was turned off with no way to leave a voicemail. Finally we called back to have another installer come out because we could not reach this guy. When I spoke with someone at the store they became hostile with me and told me how there was nothing wrong with their installer, making it seem as though I was the one at fault. I told them to forget it and decided to go with another installer. They dont seem to think much of their customers when they want to be contentious with them. Be warned.

It was a relaxing, low pressure experience when I shopped for my floors. They answered all of my questions and we found a solution for our home. The installer arrived when he said he would and the install went smooth as glass. Going to be using them again to do our bathrooms now!! Great job folks!!

Used one of their installers. Big mistake, they do not live up to their promises. floor not installed correctly, they took half of it up and would not come back. we had to hire someone else to finish. taking them all to small claims court. this pace is a joke. go somewhere else!!!!m

Staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Went out of their way to get carpet installed and meet a time crunch that I was in! I highly recommend Floors Unlimited!
