Good shoe store, prices are not too bad. The employees in the other hand are not very friendly. They go outside to smoke right by the entrance door. "Why not smoke inside" is not like the smoke goes inside, and never mind if I dont want to inhale the smoke in my way in. Didnt even bother tell the manager as the manager was within view and clearly didnt care.

This is the smallest, most piddly Shoe Carnival Ive ever been to. Some of the staff was rude, it smelled terrible in there and they didnt run a single deal the entire time we were shopping. Nothing compared to the stores in Louisville.

I like the buy one get one half off deal they have all the time, and they gave me a coupon at the checkout for a $20 discount last time, always seem to have great stuff on the clearance rack. Got my new ladies Nikes for $40

Huge shoe collection and Buy One get and get a second pair half off can add up. Their average price is a bit more for a single pair compared to other stores, though name brand shoes at half of makes up for a second pair.

Poor costumer help. Can never find the size we need (and I have a family of 5). They put shoes out on the floor that they dont actually carry. Smh disappointed for sure.
