I moved to St. John 3 months ago and always used Walgreens in Chicago. The service I received at this location made me emotionally depressed. The pharmacist, Allison a young lady was very rude, short and I think is racist towards Latins. I would not exptect to be treated like this by my worst enemy. I was told my prescription would be ready in 1 hour. I came back 3 hours later and the medication was not ready. Allsion told me they did not have it in and would get it in the next day. She did not call me to let me know and I wasted a trip back. The next day when I called to see if it was ready she put me on hold for around 5 minutes to only come back and tell me it did not come in yet. She kept making me repeat myself saying "I dont understand you" please speak clear. I was and should never be treated like this.

The pharmacy department was horrible! The young lady had no respect or patience with customers. I read the prior reviews and I concur 100%. Furthermore, when I spoke with the Store Manager and he didnt seem bothered one way or the other regarding his pharmacy techs behavior! He seemed like a weak leader that allows his employees to act as rude as the want. For that spoil of a brat, young whipper snapper, I could only wished that you had a better upbringing...but one word dumbwit, KARMA! I will not be returning to Walgreens on Wicker!

The worst customer service ever!!! Especially, in photo department, God forbid you will have to ask them to reprint pictures, you will leave upset and emotionally distressed. Pharmacy department is just as bad. Go to the Walgreens on Route 30 in Schererville
