The first time I went I had great coffee, but the second time I tried to order the same thing (cold brew with whole milk and vanilla). The employee didnt know what I was talking about. He attempted to make it and then said sorry after he handed me a mediocre drink. He seemed unwilling to try and remedy the problem.
