STAY AWAY...RIP OFF Purchased a Jersey. Paid a little more for it AND paid for 2 day delivery so that it would arrive in time for it to be gifted. When i checked out. The delivery time was POSTED. 5 days later and the item hasnt even been SHIPPED!!!!.....Called Amazon and they hooked me up LIVE with a REP of this COMPANY..........Here are the WORDS to describe the interaction......ARROGANT, RUDE, ARROGANT, COCKY and more importantly ....PREPARED......He quickly pointed out in the fine print somewhere that even though it says 2 day and even though it POSTS the 2 days expected......that 2 DAYS really means AFTER the SHIP IT....so if it take a week to get the item shipped....its coming in 8-10 WORKING DAYS...........when i explained it was a gift and that this wasnt going to work.....he basically told me they have STRICT no -return policy......and that the item was CUSTOM.....I dont see how a JERSEY that is ADVERTISED with a PLAYERS ....yes PLAYERS name on it is CUSTOM....????....I went on their site and sent 4 emails with my contact email and PHONE NUMBER....not a return call yet......Just an email saying my return request has been denied.....the AMAZON rep was on the phone and was EMBARRASSED, APOLOGETIC and dismissed the rep from this company. She then went on to make some AMAZON amends for this. She said she couldnt believe what she heard. IF possible.....STAY AWAY........I believe in mistakes and stuff happens.....however my frustration and anger is NOT about the miscommunication...its ALL about the RUDE customer service.......I now believe that most of the reviews they post are either BOGUS and PROPS!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Once you place an order, you are basically enslaved to this company. You cannot change your order or cancel it for any reason. I ordered a jersey on the 18th of December. I was informed that the jersey would arrive just after Christmas, on the 28th. The order had not been shipped, and I called and asked about the shipment and was told that I would receive it by the 2nd of January. On the 3rd of January I contacted them again and was told I could not change the shipping address or cancel the order, although it still had not been shipped. Now, I have to have my parents (Who I was visiting for the holidays) ship the jersey to me when it arrives in North Carolina after I have left. I contacted this company multiple times and their customer service was very far from helpful. I was told that this was my fault (although I was deceived by this company multiple times) and I just had to deal with it. I will never buy anything from this company again. BRIGHT SPOT: All of that being said, Jenna from customer service was extremely helpful and resolved my issue (I contacted her from their website in the Live Chat function). If she had her own company, I would surely buy from her directly, but sadly I cannot support her company in the future.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK AT THIS STORE. Ive bee to this store a few times this year and every single time the workers have been beyond rude (I dont know why I went back) but I purchased a good amount of overpriced world series gear and specifically asked what the return policy was. I was told 30 days with a receipt....I asked multiple workers at the store. I went to return a few items and was told no returns on world series gear and the man pointed to the worlds smallest sign that I guess had been posted, but the day I bought the clothes there were about 200 people in the store it was chaos. I explained I was told I had 30 days the man proceeded to be completely rude to me and said they had "new people" working that day..... Im sorry I dont see how thats my fault. Beyond this the workers were just so rude and could care less. Absolutely no customer service. I ended get a store credit but the thought of even going back there makes cringe because this people are the ABSOLUTE WORST. My advice is to shop ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They dont deserve your money or your time. Other store owners in the area are super nice.

To say that ordering from them is a nightmare would be kind, and based on the other reviews I am not alone. Just read them and you will understand (be sure to read past the convenient flurry of sterile, fake positive reviews after this one). Go to Wrigleyville Sports and save yourself the aggravation. SWC could not care less about the customer and their star ratings prove it. If I could give them negative stars I would. You can send 100 jerseys, if they are not what was ordered no one will accept them. Sending a defective jersey, sending the wrong player, replica numbers on an authentic jersey .... Add the pathetic customer service experience of being completely ignored when trying to resolve the issues, then being charged 25% restocking fees for their screw up? READ THE REVIEWS... 25 /58 reviews (at the time of the post) are 2 stars or less, so this is not isolated to one customer. Maybe change the focus to fixing the serious customer service issues rather than defending, or making excuses, or worse, blaming the customer for their problems.

Terrible. I placed an order for two jackets online with them. They stated it was in stock and ready to ship in 4 to 5 days. After two weeks I noticed item never shipped. I contacted them and they told me it was a custom item. I sent them a notice to explain to me who the jacket I ordered is a custom jacket, when there is no customization and many others sell the same jacket. They never replied to tell me how it was a customized item because they know it is not. After four weeks the item still hadnt shipped and I requested a cancellation. They refused and told me I have to wait to receive the item and return it and pay a restocking fee. But they never even shipped the item. After multiple attempts of trying to get them to cancel the order and no luck, I got a third party involved. The third party manage to get them to cancel the order after a month and the item never shipping, if you read reviews on this company you will find a pattern of them never shipping items. Keep away from these people.

Have contacted the store FOUR times (two online and two on the phone) for assistance with a return from beginning of November. Each time promised a response back from sales team and gotten nothing. I will give a pass for original issue in which I was given wrong product. It was probably the busiest day of their existence (parade day). However, simply needing assistance in returning an unused hat due to not receiving itemized receipt (did get credit card receipt) should not be this difficult. I have worked retail before so I understand the time of year can be hectic. I have been nothing but polite and patient with those I have talked to. I am actually posting this so that someone working there may see it and assist me. Nothing else seems to work. Will follow up if I receive assistance. Wont hold my breath. Probably out $50. Go to Wrigleyville Sports if you must buy near the stadium. Especially if you do not live in Chicago area and may need to make a return. Never had a problem there.
