I love Levenger products, however, today I received the absolute worst misogynistic customer service from a hateful older man. He was lost, confused, and rude. When asking for several products he either didnt bother listening to what I was asking for (which I had to explain the simplest of things multiple times) or he just barked we are out of it. Really? You are completely out of stock of everything? If you spot the crypt keeper and there is no one else to help you, just walk away and come back another day.

They dont even deserve one star, I ordered something at the beginning of december 2016, I phoned them after new years they said they didnt even know my order was even in their system. They said it was because It was a Canadian order that was paid by paypal, they apologized then said they would send it right away, it is now the last week of January, and apparently they are just shipping it now. It took them 2 months, they are the worst service that I have ever received from online ordering.

Located on the first floor in Macys. I stopped in to see some of the products i found online. They have very good quality leather office products. The sales associates were very friendly, explained all the products thoroughly, and offered better prices than online.
