I have never had a problem with Buffalo Exchange, but after visiting this location I had problems. The store manager which is a female with red hair was very rude and sneaky. She offered to sell a sweater I bought then whispered to her employee and said something. I was very disappointed because after she went to tell her employee and tried to be secretive about it she still made the attempt to give me money for it. She contradicted herself when she said that this is not a good seller for us. If the sweater is not a good seller why would you still take action at giving me either store credit or cash. She was trying to say it low key and didnt realize that I have keen ears and can hear conversations very well. I am hoping that she is replaced very soon, because I was told by someone else that works at this particular location a couple days ago that they have gotten plenty complaints about her attitude, disposition, and nasty sneaky ways. Her employee said to me ( I make no excuses for her). Evidently I was not wrong for letting her know I heard her sneaky remarks made. I left The store very FURIOUS.

This is a fun little used clothing store with some decent finds if you look carefully. Im familiar with the concept, having visited the Buffalo Exchange in Philadelphia many times during my time there. The racks are chock full of interesting and quality pieces for everyones wardrobe. The prices are often fair, if a bit high at times. They also buy clothing to sell in the store, though I cant speak to this aspect of the business as I have never attempted to sell them anything.

PURCHASE ONLY: Service excellent. Knowledgeable staff. Variety of sizes (unlike past experiences at two other locations). Variety of just-arrived and sale items, therefore a wide range of prices. Comfortable seating in front. Very big dressing rooms. Comfortable place to try shoes. Great hours, especially when an outfit is needed in a pinch. Best of the three Buffalo Exchanges Ive visited.

The Buffalo Exchange is a cool place for used clothing. They have a lot of fashionable stuff, and also have a good sell/trade in program. Be prepared to wait for a half hour in line, as I have done several times, but they pay decent money for a lot of stuff. They wont take everything you bring, but I as a 21 year old male have gotten money for my old hoodie, leather jacket, and shoes.

At first I was hesitant coming in the door, it was over crowded with barely any space to walk. Im glad I stayed because this store feels like a treasure hunt. They have something for everyone. I found a great looking button up from penguin, and a pair of boots that are usually 250 dollars for only 60. This store is a must go. Just know that they have used clothes.

Great place to spot a deal or hunt down that dress you missed out on buying at Urban last summer. Bring your old togs here and trade them in for someone elses old togs. Protip: they stock Halloween costumes here, so you can get your slutty whatever here for half the price of the costume store. They also give you a coupon on your birthday.

Buffalo Exchange takes some patience, but only because they never have a shortage of items in every size. Youll be able to find some really unique pieces here, but you sometimes need the patience to look through each rack slowly since they can be crammed full of clothing. Overall, its a nice place to go and find used clothing.

The black lady that was there today was being really Bougie when she was checking the clothes we was trying to sell. Nobody is gonna feel comfortable if you have people who work there that stare at you weird. Overall the store is nice and the clothing selection is awesome. I just wouldnt interact with the ppl who work there.

Way friendly staff and the atmosphere is much more welcoming and cute than the Crossroads down the street. They seem to be a little more open about what clothes they will buy and their selection seemed more fun and varied. I liked their little cabinet of kitsch as well. Will be back.

great place to buy cheap clothes that are brand names. i like this place a lot and red mango is across the street ... so go get yogurt and make a day of it. plus the prices are really decent for waht you get. i go here almost weekly! they always get new stuff

This place is terrible brought 7 items 4 nwt all high end did not even purchase anything dont waste your time the women in front of me brought ugly ass dirty clothes and hustle them too buy it all. I rather go donate my clothes than waste my time.

Their was just too many ppl here, when I visited, and they have so much stuff crammed in theirs no space to even breathe. Their are so many better options all around, not worth the pain of shopping here, and the prices werent even that great.

This place definitely doesnt seem to be in the business of buying used items. Watched several people have every item they brought in turned away while I was here. If youre looking to sell, dont waste your time.

Cool stuff. Its always fun to look around but theyre stuff are pretty expensive, especially but not only for a thrift shop, but they do have pretty have standards for what they buy from folks

Reasonable prices for used clothing, and a fairly large variety of brands and styles. I didnt find anything on my first visit but Ill stop by when I can to check for any deals.

Great for uncovering cool clothes if you have a good amount of $$$ for an upscale thrift shop. :) My favs here are shoes, mens dress shirts and mens shoes. Jewelry is dope too.

I go there with nearly new clothes, and the cashier says the clothes are not trndy for them to buy, they have 80s clothes and they refuse to buy i semi new dress "new look".
