The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Waiting for 2 and half hours for someone to assist you is ridiculous. Maybe hire one person to help. I really didnt want to make an entire night of standing at a phone store. I will more then likely look for a new carrier next time rather then spend my whole night at a store.

This store is usually busy but I have always found it worth the wait. Reps are very friendly and helpful. Theyre able to get you help that other stores cannot because theyre a corporate store, not an authorized dealer. All the other stores in the area, except for Collinsville, are authorized dealers.

No one answers the phone. NO ONE, ANSWERS, THE PHONE. Then every time you try to get back to having it ring the store, you have to listen to this HUGE automated spheal about some stupid offer they have. I was thinking about switching to AT&T, but I think this just changed my mind.

Dear lord this store is the pits. Its an hour wait every time I go there. I finally decided to drive further and start using the fairview store and there is usually no wait. Avoid this store if at all possible. Plus they have more than once totally screwed up my account.

Recently purchased 25 iphones from them and got treated like dirt the whole time. They dont return emails. They dont anwser the phone. Overall general experience was terrible. They screwed up very basic things when managing a large plan. I dont plan on returning.

Talked me into switching providers stating that they would pay early termination fees. After 3 visits they still have not paid and I now have a hit on my credit and local store is unwilling to help. Very unprofessional

Forget calling them. They refuse to answer the phone here. I tried for AN HOUR!! Kind of ironic since theyre a PHONE STORE! Horrible customer service!

My wifi and house phone are always off and on! They wont listen to you and their repairmen arent the best
