VIP is the best place I have been, and I will always continue to keep coming back. Just before Christmas in 2014, I was in the store and they had a copy of my all time favorite game from my childhood, Yoshis Island for SNES. I picked it up and took it home. I was not able to play it until a few weeks after Christmas at that point because of my vacation out of town for a few weeks. When I returned home, I went to put it in and it would play sound, but no picture came up. I wrote to the fellas at VIP and they told me to bring it in. Brought it in, they cleaned and worked with it but to no avail would not work. Immediately before I knew what was going on, they had another one bought and on the way to replace the non-working one, without any questions asked. I couldnt be upset at all at that point. I left the store that day, and talked non-stop about how amazing VIP was. I just picked up my new copy about a week ago and have been playing it like crazy, and reliving that happy feeling from my childhood, and its all because of VIP. Thank you guys!

Been goin here for 5 years maybe? Since the first year they were open Ive been coming here. Let me tell you that Ive done more business with these guys then any other place in town with the exception of bars and gas stations. I want to share my favorite vip story. Once I saw an elderly couple bring in their grandchild who couldnt have been over 10 to find a specific game on one of the newer consoles. These people were out of their element so to speak, but ready to throw down serious cash to get their little guy his new game. Well vip didnt have it in stock, now most stores would secure a sale buy enticing them to order it through the store or letting them walk out empty handed...BILL CALLED AROUND TOWN UNTIL HE FOUND A COPY FOR THEM TO BUY FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS... just so that kid could get his game. If that doesnt speak volumes about the integrity of a man who runs his business by the golden rule, then I dont know what does. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIP. Thank you Bill for always being a stand up guy. I went to this game store to simply get a playstation 2 and games. The majority of games I bought either didnt run or glitched horribly. Before I could even play I noticed they only sold me half the cord to set it up. I drove all the way back and got a correct replacement. When I get home I finally set everything up and the cord made the tv fuzzy and changed resolution as I moved the cord around (like broken headphones do ) so I get back in my car, get some gas because Im out by now, and go back to get another correct replacement. I come back home for a final time and set it all up again to find that it dosent run games properly. Today is sunday and theyre closed.. So I cant return it for a proper one until Monday. Unprofessional, trash and dirt on the floor, overpowering smell of B.O (I dont think the three empty cans on the floor helped much) and just overall bad service and and poduct. Save your breath, money and gas.

Ive gone here since they first opened, and theres really nothing else I can say about it that hasnt been said before. Wide variety of games and consoles, better prices than other places, and better atmosphere. Throughout middle school and high school, this was one of my favorite places to go with friends. They have the best trade-in prices of any place Ive ever been to, and also some old games and movies that are hard to find at other stores. When my 360 red ringed a couple years ago, these guys gave me a deal on a new one and helped me transfer over all my save data. Another time, they called around town for me to find a store that had a game I was looking for. By far the best service of any game store Ive been to in my life!

Absolutely amazing service! These guys are my go to gamestore. Im so blown away with them. Always looking out for me. Ive gone to sell games or systems to them and they give me WAAAAYYYY better deals then gamestop or pawn shops would, and if its still not enough they are always helpful. They give me solutions to get the amount i would like. Always nice and friendly, and when i first started going to their store i had really long hair and when i cut it, i was suprised that they still recognized me. always super nice and always helpful, even over the phone. love this place. dont go anywhere else for anything video game related because these guys are the best!

This store is AWESOME!!! A friend told us about this place and we will never go anywhere else now. Local business with a huge selection of new and used games plus rentals and some movies too. The guys who run it are total gamers and you can tell that this isnt just their job, but their passion as well. From the moment we walked in, they joked and laughed with us and really made us feel like they valued our business. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will try to get it. Their prices are awesome and they will match if not often beat bigger stores for buy/sell/trade. We will never go anywhere else! If I could, Id give them 10 stars!

Its always great to support local business, its even better when they support you! Great customer service which is a major thing in my opinion and even better deals! Very fair on trade ins, if you live close to a major retail gaming store, its worth the gas to head over to V.I.P they will give you the best ammount for your games and sell you games at a fantastic price as well. From new to retro they have everything for everyone. Even if youre in there to ask a question, they treat you like, well, a human, not their next sale. Which is absolutely fantastic, once you go here, theres no reason to go to any other game store!

These guys are great. Theyll give you better trade prices than Gamestop and other shops like it that use their "buy it for pennies, sell it for tons of dollars" models of buying your used games. Theyll even look up the price of a used game theyre selling and make sure youre getting the right price for it. Ive even had them look up games at other stores and tell me they had them in stock, sorry guys but that kind of honesty keeps my business in your store ;) ! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, these guys are my first stop when Im looking for something new or used for a console game.

Soup Like The Food

Awesome selection, friendly employees who actually know their stuff and provide excellent customer service, and very fair prices. On top of that, this place is locally owned, which is a definite plus in my book. The old-school selection, especially, is pretty much unrivaled from what Ive seen in the area. If youre looking for a good excuse to dig your old consoles out of the closet, or want something to play on your current one, this place is worth checking out, even if you live way across town from it like I do. Heres hoping this place is around for a good long time.
