I have been going to QT since I moved to GA in 04, generally a decent experience. Lately noticed there are never any hot sandwiches at some of the locations. Just as you walk in, an empty 3 ft hot table! No cheese burgers that we love or breakfast sandwiches and other items usually found there. Today topped the cake, when asked " Why are you always out of hot sandwiched?" the reply was oh we can make it for you it only takes 30 seconds" Now that really defeats "Quick Trip" First, it would take the employee more than 30 seconds to go back to the galley. Second that defies the "convenience" store concept! Third, if the shelf is empty, customers assume you dont have it. Customers dont normally ask, if the shelf isnt stocked.... they can’t buy the products.... Which brings the fourth topic; I was then told that QT stops cooking after 10 am ... Well I thought that was very strange since the store was quite busy. But that wasnt the straw that broke the camel’s back. I told the clerk, that I couldnt understand that thinking and that Qt was losing business....She argued " Na...We’re not. Funny when I do the math, 3 cheese burgers times 7-8 trips in the past few weeks?.........and I am only one customer. If it is true and this is QT policy....that genius is costing your company thousands of dollars as well as hurting brand loyalty, making that decision. I will be sure to bring my family and my business elsewhere from now on.

Talk about great customer service these people have to see hundreds of people a day and jesse still manages to greet people through the door by first name basis. Al the other employees are always so patient and friendly as well

Have yet to go into a QuikTrip I didnt like. Always clean, always friendly staff. They get you in and out quickly while managing to be nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
