Whatever you DO NOT pay with a debit card if there is the slightest chance you have to return anything. The wont put it back on the card. So heres what you have to do. Return to the store 4 times because this cash-poor operation doesnt keep enough cash to refund your money. So I had to call them to see how much was in their register each day and could I PLEASE get my money. WHO the hell does business like this? I will never get in the Zone again.

Great staff whom apply their customer service skills. Staffing for the right crowd with the correct customer to staff ratio is a need miss as some time getting staff that is stretched into too many direction deals to waiting customer. I think they try and from a business prospective it cant be help.

I have been shopping at Hirams location for over 8 years the last 2 times Ive been there the same guy gives me the same nonchalant attitude and wasnt helpful at all so now i bypass and go straight to oriellys where they treat you equally and are very helpful.

Would be 5 stars for the daytime crew, but the night crew/management doesnt know a thing about how to use their computer system, let alone anything about a car. Bad hiring and training.
