Had a great time, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. Just wish that the had a sign to let you know that one side of the stores door are lock at a certain time. I parked on the side that they close, and had to walk all the way to the other side. It was the first time that I have been there after dark. It was no biggie, I did not mind the walk, but a sign would make it easier for individuals whom may have bought more than I did. My experience is always great here, and that is why I always return again and again.

went to customers service. to buy a lottery ticket. . the guy was on the phone..he did not acknowledge me...two other ladies came behind the counter. .did not even look at me ..they were focus on their conversation. . I waited about ten minutes. so finally I left.. one thing they should have just one person dealing with the people that are sending money to jail..and one take care of the rest of the customer. .it is very poor customers service. ..

I jumped up and down the day they announced this Kroger was coming. Im not a Wal-Mart hater but most of the time I really hate going to Wal-Mart. That is where I WAS doing most of my shopping, but when Kroger came... hallelujah. This place is super clean, well stocked and well organized. The Kroger gas station has some of the best prices too, which makes the Plus card a no brainer.

It is the closest Kroger to where we live, cheaper than any other grocery stores locally. We buy everything that we can not get through Amazon here. If you go during daylight hours or early in the morning you should be good. After dark it can get a little sketchy like most things in Griffin. You are not safe from the pan handling that is rampant everywhere in Griffin now.

I love to shop there for the great deals they offer. Also I receive coupons in the mail some coupons offers free items. And yes, the free Friday item give me the choice to sample that certain product before I buying it. Otherwise I wouldnt have tried. I enjoy creating my shopping list online before I go to the store. Its a great place to shop love it!!!

The shelves were stocked almost completely, the cashier - Melissa G - was most cooperative and friendly. I shop at Kroger almost exclusively for these very reasons. The Griffin store is clean, floor personnel are usually most helpful, and I feel like Im getting quality food. Keep up the good work, Griffin Kroger. (Finish stocking those shelves! Lol)

A good grocery store with lots of items besides the basics. I sometimes wish it had more basic grocery items and less non-food stuff. Much space is devoted to lawn furniture, pool items, baby clothes, etc. I shouldnt complain because they have items, like lamb, international foods, anti-pasta bar, etc., that are often hard to find in small towns.

They have plenty of electric carts for the handicapped, unlike most other places. I found the specialty items I was looking for other places didnt have and a nice clerks were around to answer questions I had. Most stores you have to go to the service desk, if they have one, and they will tell you where to go.

Im usually a pretty critical person on grocery stores knowing that I worked in several as a kid and young adult. But today when I went in Krogers the store was exceptionally clean every employee I came in contact with spoke and was very friendly. So overall it was a very awesome trip

I had no option except self check out. It was late, all the workers stood by and watched me do their job. Ill never Go back late at night. I had no idea they only use self check out. I almost left my cart full at the register. But Im not that type person.

Another nightmare experience! Now Im learning they no longer sale the dinner plate. Had to call from my phone at the deli to the service desk and request a manager to come over and prepare my plate since all others appear to be zombies!

One of the best, if not the best, Kroger on the south side of Atlanta. Very clean store, well organized and even has a Starbucks inside! The bakery is top notch and the meat department will cut anything you need however you need it.

Very nice store. Personnel are helpful, however, frequently run out of advertised specials. Particularly in the meat department. The last two times whole Heritage Farms chickens were advertised, they ran out by Saturday. Not good.

Absolutely the best grocery store to go to. Very organized and incredibly clean. Very nice and helpful employees. Best selection of everything you could possibly want. I live in Hampton Ga and travel 40 min to shop at this store.

Keep filling out and turning in a piece of paper to order acidophilus milk in gallons and apparently they refused. Mr Butts is an idiot as well. How this guy become manager is beyond me. Had to sleep with some guy somewhere.

I got good deals but cashier was very rude. Never said hello....thank you...nothing. never looked me in the eye the whole time. Needs retraining on customer service. Im used to amazing customer service from Publix!!!!

I am very disappointed in the checkout person I had. I was in a full service line and she did not make an effort to bag my groceries. I had to bag them. Bad experience. I think I will shop someplace else from now on.

Friendly staff, no long waits.....seems if there are 3 or more customers forming a line they will open another register. They have great bargains every week and you save on gas with shoppers card.

This a huge, well-stocked store that deserves every bit of praise it gets. If I still lived in the area, I would make this my sole shop spot.
