I was prescribed a medication with a high cost associated with it both for me and my insurance. I received an automated text message telling me it would be ready after a certain time. I show up at the end of the day and they told me that they called me and sent me text messages to let me know they dont have it. I showed the clerk my phone with only one message from them telling me my medicine was there. They told me it would be in the next day or they could order an alternate. They called my dr. and asked if there was an alternate and he prescribed one. I had to visit a second time that night to pick it up, but I was happy, it was cheaper, and things were great. Well, they billed my insurance for both prescriptions and are trying to get me to come fill the expensive one now. Im going to have to get them to refund my insurance and leave me alone. Pain in the butt. Giving 2 stars because although they seemed confused they tried to help by calling other pharmacies when I showed up and my prescription wasnt there.

I went to have a Rx filled here after having a tooth extraction . The front desk lady at the dentist told me to take one of the Rx with me since they didnt allow her to order but wouldnt say why. When I got there Sam told me they didnt have the Rx I needed and literally threw my Rx on the counter and walked off after telling me to go across the street to Walgreens. Shocked and in excruciating pain I paid for my other Rx with a young lady who seemed to be very inconvenienced by the fact that I wanted to use my insurance card as "it would only save you a few dollars". Reluctantly she checked and lo and behold I was actually able to save some money. Ive been filling Rx at Atlanta Rd Kroger for some time now, Im sad to know that Dallas, GA Kroger did not keep us the great service. P.S.. Walgreens had much better service, thanks for the referral SAM!

When i walk into the pharmacy they call you by your name as you walk up they are very plesant they have helped when insurance doesnt go through they go out of there way to help you

The line is always so long to pick up your meds! Most of the staff are normally pleasant! So I guess you take the good with the bad!
