These guys are very helpful and know what they are talking about. New Balance shoes fit my foot very well, so they are always my first choice. I find I get a much better fit if I go to one of the NB Atlanta stores (this is my first time at this particular location though) as opposed to buying off a shelf. They always have my size, or they will order it quickly. This time I was on a budget, and they were still able to set me up with nice shoes and treated me like I was important to them. I worked directly with the owner, and spoke with one of the other guys who works there too. Both were very nice and personable...I will definitely be back, and be spreading the word!

Very helpful. I had a problem with some shoes I bought online, went in to get refitted. Staff explained I was still the same size, just the company makes the same sizes with wide variations. For example, a NB 13 4E in one style is much narrower than a NB 13 4E in another style. Go into the store and try on the specific style before buying online.

My wife and I went here with our daughter and they were great. They let my daughter nap on one of the benches and they took their time with us. They found my wife the right shoes and they actually knew what they were doing; they werent just blowing smoke. The owner is very friendly. I felt like we were friends when we left. Great experience.

THEY WERE GREAT! The staff (plural) took the time to make sure I was placed in the right and best tennis shoe for me. Patient, Kind, Knowledgeable, and Professional. Highly recommend a visit to this store. I wish I had started my tennis shoe search with them, it would have saved me a lot of foot pain, frustration, time, and money.

The manager (a white man) treated me like a piece of garbage. He was rude and very condescending. He spoke to me in a tone like he wanted me to leave, and like I did not have any money to buy shoes. Being a middle-aged black man I was very offended. I left his store and will never go back.

Cant say enough good things about this place. I think Shay is the single most helpful salesperson in the world. So knowledgeable and really nice. Had an issue with some shoes, and another NB store and she fixed it right. Great staff, great product. Great time buying shoes.
