I got a quote from another store, Fernando told me hed beat the price and we agreed on a number. I gave a deposit. Upon arrival, Donny said he could help as Fernando was on phone. He tried to raise the agreed price saying he needed to verify the other price. He went into the back, came out and said he called and lied to the other place, saying his mother got a quote or something and wanted the price. He then proceed to basically imply I was a liar, very argumentative and aggressive stating the other price was different that I had discussed in person at other dealership. It was about a hundred bucks he tried to raise the price, just as another commenter experienced. I got a refund of the deposit, the tires were installed at the other place today at the original price and the manager told me that Discount called him yesterday and he refused to verify anything, stating he didnt discuss other folks business and said he did not give them any number whatsoever. Apparently Donny was untruthful to me about the "back room call to verify" I guess the "we beat the price" is a scam, be careful with these folks and get everything in writing, I have 7 cars and am avoiding this dealer totally. Fernando was very professional and pleasant, Donny had a bad attitude and one Ive seldom encountered. The place down the street was heads above them in service, attitude and they will get my business again.

I have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe. I purchased tires from the Sanford Florida store back in 20011 (store FL-02 I think?) Today the right front had a screw in it and it was flat. This is primarily my wifes car and she was trying to get to work. I took the car back to the same Sanford store and told them about the screw. What an awesome experience I had, really! I was seen right away, understood my issue, took my car back and fixed the tire and also fixed the other front because it also had a screw in it! Rotated and balanced all four tires and I was out the door quick and without a dime out of my pocket. When I dropped the car off for my wife I remembered I forgot to check my spare and put it away. When I looked in the back it wasnt there! When I looked further, the spare was placed back in its storage well, secured, and the floor over the spare was back and locked in!!! This is awesome service people!! These are the kind of small extra things that really make me feel like I am getting the best service and best care anywhere. Please thank EVERYONE who waited on me and please recognize the great service these guys are giving! Thank You, Jim McKenna

Anyone who would rate Discount Tire or this location at less than a 5 has either: 1) simply not purchased enough tires to effectively rate Discount Tire; or 2) is not a reasonable person. I am a car guy, through and through. My cars are my passion. If Discount Tire is my choice, it must be the right one. First, the customer service is amazing. These guys treat your car like its their own. They hand thread on your lug nuts, which is unlike most shop workers (who seem to think they are in the NASCAR pits). They always torque the nuts; when is the last time you saw anyone else do this? Second, they focus on tires only and are not there to up sell you on things like blown shocks, alignments, oil leak fixes, etc. Finally, the manager at this location is sharp, reasonable, and cares about your car and experience. Any tires shop can get busy, so if that is the case, please be patient. They will match or beat any price. And contrary to what one poster said, the warranties they sell cover everything!

The other day I ran over a nail in my truck. My tires had 70000 mile warranty and of course the nail found my tire at 34500. Due to this I wanted to put my spare tire on my current rim and buy a cheap tire for the spare. I was able to find a cheap spare with installation for $118 when Firestone wanted minimum $220 out the door. The sales man also told me they could warranty my current tires for $26 bucks each in case anything else happens. Seeing as how they still have half life left I decided why not as it would still be cheaper than Firestone. So for around $215 I was able to get a new tire, tires switched and a warranty. Best part they told me an hour and a half wait time but 45 mins I was done! As long as they sell the tires I want when it is time to replace what I am driving on now I will be buying from these guys again!

This place was amazing! They provided an amazing experience for me as soon as I arrived. I came in with low expectations and left stunned by the professionalism and awesome customer service. I was helped by Donny who did everything he could to have me leave that day with new great tires. The tires I originally planned on buying were not in stock so he gave me better a option which still equaled the price I had hoped for! Donny was truly amazing and worked on my car right away even though the store was close to closing. I felt really comfortable and loved my experience! I will definitely come back to upgrade my tires in the near future. I recommend this place 100%. The staff was friendly and fast! Even Claud who handed me my keys in the end and made a joke regarding his name. They are awesome!!!!

I have been a customer of this store for over 15 years. All these guys have always been easy to deal with, quick, courteous and professional. Ryan Booth helped me this last time and is a real A+ Pro. He priced matched my other quote plus I got a $100 rebate - what a deal !! I buy the "best" rated Michelin tires for all my vehicles and over the years the tire certificate program has saved me some real cash. Discount Tire is my Top "go to" place for tires and I will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend these guys at this Sanford, FL store.

I had previously used Discount Tire when I lived in Raleigh, NC and had always had the best experience using their business. So when I moved to FL in July, and had a flat tire, I found the nearest Discount Tire and have had just as good of an experience at this location as I did in NC. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and as much as I hate having a flat tire, its good to know I have a car place to go where I feel completely comfortable and confident that Im in good hands. Bravo, Discount Tires. Keep up the awesome work.

I have been buying tires from Discount Tires for over ten years now, and I cant express enough about how great a service Ive gotten over those years. This is a company that truly stands behind their name. Ive dealt with several different Discount Tires stores and they all have received an outstanding mark from me in customer satisfaction.
