Ive never written a review before, but after the response to my dinner last night--provided by New York Butcher Shoppe Ponte Vedra--I was moved to write my first. I ordered two pans of penne pasta with sausage from the catering menu. The pasta came with tossed salad, french baguette and chocolate chip cookies. I have never received such enthusiastic response for a meal before. Everything was fantastic! Every person went back for seconds. Even the cookies received rave reviews! I highly recommend this place! Be warned that the pasta is cooked but will need reheating for about 35 minutes before serving.

This Ponte Vedra deli might be the best in the entire south. Publix sandwiches are a joke compared to the sandwiches this mom and pop operation churn out and the quality of all their meat cannot be topped anywhere in town. The New York Butcher Shoppe has the best sandwiches Ive ever had and they are less than 8 dollars. Go here. You will not regret it. Get a sandwich, get anything. Youll love it.

Made my way in here over Christmas after a recommendation from a friend. I ordered a standing rib roast for my family and was BEYOND satisfied. Not only are the people running this place very nice and customer service oriented (they made sure I knew exactly how to cook the meat and what wines to serve it with), but the meat was perfect. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their selection!

Im a NYER and was pleasantly surprised to find a butcher that knows what hanger steak is and carries it as well. Good quality and nice selection of meats. Veal chops were unbelievable. Prepared pasta meals were tasty. Carries a nice variety of other frozen meals and sauces. Veal demi glaze was perfect. Also had a small wine selection.

The owners and staff at NY Butcher shop is as enjoyable as the quality of food they serve. I have been a loyal customer since they opened their doors. The lasagna is so good that I will never make it myself again. Not only do they have top quality meats they also have a fabulous wine selection and prepared foods.

I have been buying prime ny strips here for 3 years. By far best steaks in town and sides they offer pre-made are great. If you are bargain shopping this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a high quality steak there is no better place!!! I wish Saint Augustine had one!!!

Absolutely phenomenal butcher shop. Sandwiches are fresh and all the ingredients used are high quality. They also have an excellent choice of wines, cheeses and marinades. Will definitely be stopping by when Im in town again soon.
