Extremely rude personnel over the phone. I called to ask a simple question and they jumped to conclusions and didnt seem to listen very well from the very start of the call. Ive never pawned anything before and they dont seem to genuinely care about good customer service. His tone of voice was uncalled for given the circumstances and he seemed to enjoy degrading and demeaning customers such as myself; the disrespect given to my person was astonishing. I wouldnt recommend this place if youre wanting to be treated with a shred of respect. I just wanted basic information and they made it seem like it was too much of a burden to help a potential customer.

The owners of the shop were very friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and I would reccomend this business to anyone looking for quality merchandise at a good price. The owners have been in business for over 20 years and are very knowlegeable. I brought in old gold jewelery my family had left me and they paid top dollar for it.

Best pawn shop ive ever been, and never been anywhere else since. I have small children and he always fixes their jewelry for a low price. Also when im short on cash he hooks me up top dollar on my jewelry and doesnt pull your jewelry as soon as your default day is up. really great guy

The owner Greg is friendly, helpful and the most honest, generous person I have met since moving here in July of 2014. He gives the best rate for gold of any shop I have visited in the past 10 years. I am never going anywhere else!
