Richard Head is not his name . This is an angry customer who does not even have to courage to state his name. He is wealthy and demands your attention right now. He does not want to wait for a customer in front of him. I am relieved he will not be back; some people you can not please no matter how hard you try. Our shop is small , but we are # 1 in customer service.
