This location is very busy and you have to be careful to get the name of who takes your order because I have gone a few times and was told "we have no requests here." This is after I specifically called, was given a time to pick up. They always ask "Who did you speak with?" So I would suggest you definitely find out before completing your request. With that said, the two male pharmacists here are sweethearts. One is from Kenya and always asks about my family and is so kind. The other is a tall, dark-haired fellow who always has a smile and is willing to help. (sorry, I am terrible with names due to some memory loss!!) This location is very busy, but they have only been out of stock of medication one time and because of the kind demeanor of those two fellows and several of the pharmacy techs, I keep coming back here.

I am standing in line for a return as I type this. I have been in line for 20 minutes. Customer services managers have walked by multiple times and they have been told about the waiting time by 2 customers. This poor cashier has been serving this 1 customers for 20 plus minutes. She is the only cashier. I am very disappointed in this service but not at all surprised. I am not a regular wslmart shopper and this experience wont win me back.
