This smoke shop is terrible. They are all looking to make a quick buck. The sales guy over sold us on some bullshit we didnt need, talked up a product that was actually a pile of crap. When we went back to talk to the manager "Mo" he changed his story around 4 different times before he Finally changed out the broke pieces to new stock. When he told me he could give me a number to speak to another manager to correct the situation since we spent over 300 dollars there. When he wrote down the number he put the managers name under it... Now Im not an idiot... "Mo" slim chance there are two Mos that are both managers at a smoke shop in Orlando. When confronted since he thought he was slick I asked... "Did you just give me your phone number" he said yes... You can talk to me... So why the hell did he waste our time? Why is he stealing my money? Where is his customer service skills if he is a store manager?

This place is freaking awesome!! Ive bought 2 water pipes from them now and both where very reasonably priced. He even gave me a deal on the second one!! Also Ive bought a normal bowl off this store and it looks awesome! They have a absolutely HUGE selection of and thing you need. They even sell vape products. They also have great deals on vape juice. Its the cheapest Ive seen in any shop Ive been to so far down here. This shop is definitely worth at least checking out.

Ive checked out almost all of the Smoke and vape shops in Orlando and this one is by far my favorite and they have a HUGE selection of glass and vape stuff and the guy Moe that runs it is extremely knowledgable and will actually take the time to help you out and answer any questions you have and the prices are some of the best Ive seen in a brick and mortar store. Definitely worth checking out!

This shop is huge, i recently came in here looking for a water pipe i walked out spending over $300. The employee was pretty interesting to talk to, and it felt like a shop i come to and hangout, you dont feel crowded in this place, theyre a lot of cool stuff they carry.. the best part is they work with me on the prices, i definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Mo always has what I need. Knowledgeable about his products and a large selection of vape products. Great customer service after you buy, as well. Ive had a few issues with a battery for my vape, which I bought while ignoring his warnings that it wouldnt survive my heavy duty usage. Brought it back and he took care of the issues with no hassle. Love this shop

This place is great, I have never left OSS without being pleased. Staff is great and they make sure to meet your needs each and every time. Anytime I have questions regarding vaporizing, theyve got suggestions and answers. If you havent been to this store, youre missing out. The selections will blow your mind.

Great shop! My local hookah shop stopped carrying Bond shisha (which is the best) and I happened to see that they carried it here from Bonds Facebook. The customer service was excellent and the guy was knowledgeable and I also got my shisha for a great price! Will be back!

Excellent service, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. A very wide selection of pieces, some I have never seen before for reasonably discounted prices. I wouldnt buy any of my merchandise from anywhere else, I walk out happy with my purchase everytime.

Wow! Being in different shops. but this one has a HUGE! Selection. Customer service is the best Ive gotten in smoke shops. Little away from my house altamonte Springs, but worth the drive for a great selection of product and customer service. Will be back soon!

The shop was HUGE! Well a lot bigger than what I expected, very wide selection of water pipes, one hitters, hookahs, papers, everything! Staff was very friendly! Jade helped a bunch with picking my new pipe! 5/5 would recommend! Ask for Jade!

If youre into bongs, they seem to have quite the selection. They have a liquor store quality cigar assortment, but the Philistines are keeping Acids in the same humidor as regular cigars. If you smoke tobacco, this is not your shop.
