This is literally the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. I go to literally hundreds of different pawn shops all over central florida with my friend looking for video games, and this is by far the most over priced and rude place I have ever been (and will never go back to). At first my friend and I asked to see some Wii and DS games in their glass case, to which the owner or manager replied "No, I dont do that stuff, I have someone who does that for me, but he is in the back right now." So we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come help us, without the manager even calling them out. Everything was extremely over priced, Twilight Princess for the Nintendo Wii, which is a $10-$12 game on Ebay, and $17 at Gamestop, and $20 brand new at target, was priced used at this pawn shop for $49.99. Super Paper Mario for the Wii which is $20 brand new at Target, $17 at gamestop, and once again, $12 on Ebay, was priced used at $29.99. Super Mario Land for the original Game Boy, which is about $6 on Ebay, was priced at $24.99. Every single game was at least double what you can get it for anywhere else. After trying to negotiate a fair offer for a large amount of video games, the employee basically told us that his customers do not know the market, and they trust him, so when they come in asking for mario kart, he has it, and gives them $5-$10 off of his asking price, so they feel like they are getting a deal. The only problem is that he has mario kart priced $20 above what you can get it for anywhere else, so when he gives these loyal customers a "deal" he is still ripping them off by a lot. After having to pass on 90% of what we had picked out, we decided to just get the PS2 and Xbox games that we had picked out of a bin that said "PS2 and Xbox Games - $4.95 each, or 3 for $10" After picking out 6 games for $20, the employee took them to the manager guy (older guy with chest pubes sticking out of his shirt," they both decided that the deal was way too good for us, because some of their older price tags were still on the games, marked for $10, $15, or $20 for some of the games. This bin of games was the only PS2 and Xbox games in the entire store, its not like they had expensive or rare games located elsewhere, so going by the sign, they should all be $4.95 each or 3 for $10, but apparently not. They then started raising their voice and saying we are trying to insult their intelligence and rip them off because the games had price tags on them for more than what they were asking for them. Their sign clearly stated what the deal was, and when they found out they had maybe put a game worth a little more in there by mistake, they flipped out and tried to make it our fault. They tried to say that the sign means any game marked at $4.95 is 3 for $10, and all the other games are priced as marked. This would be fine, but the sign made no indication of that at all, and it was honestly just a quick lie he was making up to not sell us those games. They basically told us no deal after that and we just walked out in disgust. Basic points to take from this is that this pawn shop will knowingly rip off their customers for as much as possible because they know their customers dont know the real value of things, they cant admit their mistake on a simple problem and just be rational, but have to shift the blame to the customer for their mistake, and they are very hot headed and incredibly rude people. Stay away from this pawn shop at all costs. I can only hope that they go out of business very soon because this is the worst place ever.

WE READ some of the revues and will respond to a few. Its amazing the stories people conjure on the internet. 1) The guy with the pressure washer saying he was told to leave in a very exaggerated way, this was many years ago and he was only asked to leave after he started "cursing" a girl out at the counter because he was frustrated waiting his turn. 2) The guy about his DJ lights and the credit card thing, hes not in our system so we think he meant another store especially if he said we took his CC in the past for a reclaim. And were not all Latino so im pretty certain he has the wrong store. 3) The guy who wrote in spanish leaving 4 one star reviews in a row. The police where there and put him in the car to arrest him after he intentionally broke something on the way out for not getting his way. We have security on staff who saw the whole thing. We spared him a trip to jail. 4) Dear video game guy, if a rare video game is worth $40 we may sell it to you for $20 to $25 so you can resell it and make a few bucks but dont get violently upset because you cant buy it for $3. 5) We love our customers and we dont ask for reviews but they praise us in person all the time for going the extra mile for them. We are on S OBT and we get a variety of people walking through the door, many come in troubled because they are short of cash and are very frustrated. We understand and we truly try to work with everyone. We give loans on stuff that half the town will not accept just to help someone pay an important bill that day. So keep in mind we will work with you but when you are over frustrated dont take it out on us. We care about you and we are just trying to help you. :)

Es una mala tienda que estafa a las personas compre una maquina de precion para lavar carros me aseguraron que servia la probe en la tienda y ensendio el motor pero no le conertaron el agua me dijeron que todo estaba bien cuando la pruevo no tenia presion alguna voy debuerta a la tienda esplico el problema y me disen que no pieden aser nada llamo a la policia me sacan de la tienda y me pisieron que yo rompi algo dentro que no es sierto y la policia de orlando sin revisar las camara ni nada me queria meter preso tuve que pagar 400 dolares por algo que no tenia valor alguno el video lo boy a poner en youtube las fotos el dinero le dieron 200 al polisia y ellos se quedaron con 200 esto es los estados unidos de ameria donde estafan a las personas y le roban y no puedes aser nada

Stay away, I bought a pressure washer from them was assured it worked but they would not provide a demonstration. Sales rep said any issues bring it back. Took it home did not work, called them right away was told bring it back and they would make it right. I brought it and was told by the same sales rep to wait for the owner as the Rep was leaving for the day The owner was with a customer we waited 40 minutes then finally another staff member stepped in and said they could not help because no proof that we did not break it and all sales were final as she circled the receipt line at the bottom . I voiced my complaints retelling the whole story then the owner steps in starts yelling at us and moves his hand to his Gun as an intimidation tactic (yes illegal) telling us to get the F*** out its his place, all sales are final doesnt matter if it was broke or not. Still with his hand on his gun telling us its best we not come back if we know whats good for you. This is actions of true Thief and coward. Threat an unarmed person and rip them off, not reputable at all. Best to move down the road to a more professional establishment.
