Very Cool Smoke Shop! Came in here to buy a Titanium nail, and to browse around a little bit. Ended up going with a Quartz domeless nail, since it was a little less expensive ($20 vs $35), plus Ive always been curious about Quartz. The guy who helped me was very polite, and helpful throughout my entire experience. After choosing the nail, he took it to the counter for me as I looked around a bit. Id also like to note that he did not seem pushy/agitated that I was taking my time.. as a matter of fact, he even said "Take your time and look around man!", this is not always the case for some smoke shops. After looking at their large variety of dry pipes, I decided on these two in particular that I liked ($30 each). The same guy as before unlocked the showcase, and let me inspect them both before purchasing. Both looked perfect so I headed over to the register to check out. As I pulled out my wallet (DGK Brand) he struck up a conversation about skating, and good places to do so in the area (Since I told him I am on vacation down here). After the small talk, he threw a small baggy of tobacco and a cool sticker in the bag, and I went on my way a very pleased customer! All in all, this was a very pleasant visit and I will be sure to return again.. Thanks Sweet Leaf, keep on keepin on!

They worked on my unit told me not to use it for a few hours and I didnt use it till the next day and it didnt work so I finally got time to couple days later also I was shorted my Gummy Bears I paid $122 that day and my puffer was broken or seems to be broken and its a high-end unit brand new only use it for 2 weeks I just didnt know how to change the coil or anything so they showed me how to do that took it apart and I dont know how it got broke but it seems to be broken so Ive left it there for the manager to take a look at and they said that they were give me the gummy bears when I get them in stock so their help as wonderful I just want my unit the way it did when I took it in there which it works perfect hopefully theyll be able to rectify the situation

I am new to Ocala and I was very impressed with this shop. So impressed in fact that I even took a couple pics to send to my cousin in ohio because I knew she would be jealous that I lived so close to a great shop like this lol. They have a huge selection, great prices and a very helpful staff. I did read the reviews before going and because it was closer I went to max vape first. I dont know what in the world the other reviewer was talking about the place was super tiny, they didnt have hardly any product and the prices were outrageous. I will stick with Sweet Leaf!!

Not a welcoming attitude. All their products are out of reach of the customers, so you have to ask them to remove them from a case in order to evaluate the item before deciding to make a purchase. After the third item I asked to see, the girl got short with me and asked "Are you planning on buying anything today?". That attitude, along with the extremely high prices I saw, fueled my response of "Nope! I dont believe I will be." The "salesman" seemed more interested in getting back to the internet than making a customer out of me.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place DOES NOT back their products. If you plan on buying big ticket items...go somewhere else. If you have any issues they do not care once they have your $. Updated: I did get a hold of the owner. He was very nice and completely understanding of my frustration. He gave me another product for no charge. He is definition of what a great owner is. He backed his product and it was very nice of him. 5 stars for sure!!!

The staff is always nice and helpful, but they dont have a big selection of high quality glass. The glass they have is extremely over priced and they cannot or will not give you a deal. Their selection of smaller glass pieces are knock offs and they will try to convince you they are just as good, but in reality those pieces do not last as long as the higher quality glass pieces you can find elsewhere. A decent shop for small town Ocala.

I used to like this shop a lot, but lately Ive had bad experiences. Im pretty new to vaping and every time I go in there with a question about the setup I bought there they act like theyre doing me a favor by half-assedly answering my questions. I have never walked away with a problem resolved. If youre not prepared to back up your products and answer questions about them, you shouldnt be selling them. Not recommended.

Sweetleaf is amazing!! Employees really know what to do to help and know all their products by heart.the other tobacco shops in ocala cant even compare.I had a really nice chick clean my protank out with out asking.now its like brand new!! I highly recommend Checking the shop out and supporting local business.good job Sweetleaf customer for life

A lot of China glass or Id give them 6 stars but the fact that the state likes to raid these places I dont blame them.. Large selection of lots of products..crew is the best!!!!! Do your own research before you buy because you do get what you pay for.. Buy from them we gotta keep these places open!!!

Lots to look at but customer service suck sales person was more interested in his phone then selling over price e juice so left went maxx vape much better and everything was try able. And they act as if they care what I wanted and the price is so much better GO There you wouldnt regret it

Terrible customer service. Wasted 20 minutes trying to buy some scientific glass. Asked multiple times for help but couldnt get anyone to ring me up. Got tired of waiting and left. Worst first impression possible, I will never ever waste my time again going to this place.

Stopped going to my usual smoke shop because they never stocked the items I used the most. Sweet Leaf carries everything I need with the best price to match (on most items). Not to mention their customer service is much friendlier than my previous smoke shop as well.

Reasonable for a head shop, they sold me the wrong coils once, prices are a little over average in my opinion, staff is reasonable, military discount is respectable. Could use improvement but not bad at all for it being in ocala.

Real good place. Two cute girls working the place. Welcomed us and helped us quickly. From colorado and this is one of my top five head shops. Good novelty items and unique products. I would check it out for sure.
