Twice not impressed. There is a snooty attitude in this store. I know I may look young but I am a grown business owner. I went in once and my phone was not only not fixed, but my camera lense and shield were flipped upside-down and GLUED back in. It came loose and I took it back in today and they did not greet me friendly at all. I explained my contact with the customer service that my phone is to be replaced. They said they dont communicate with them and would check it out. Obviously they do not pay attention to detail because my camera lense was still upside-down and less then 3hrs my phone was tripping again. Never going back!

This is the best sprint store that I have ever went to they are 100 percent cool and get the job done the staff are awesome and they know there work they get you every option to get your phone fixed between Nat and Barry and willy or wooly they are the best and see Ronney for service he funny and very helpful but the only sprint store I will ever go to.

Sprint as a carrier is CRAP. This store is awesome and its employees as well. Once you are out the door with their plan; good luck. If you need GPS, streaming, social media, their service is spotty from Miami to Boca Raton. As soon as I can afford to I will switch to ATT since my coworkers and peers have better performance with them. I can hardly wait

By far the worst sprint experience I have ever had. I sat there for an hour while the "tech" gossiped and listened to loud music with her friends.only after alerting someone else in the store asking if there was someone else to help me they acknowledged me and said there was nothing they could do to help. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!!

I came in and was having issues with my phone, and they were able to help me out. Claudia with the approval of her managers was the amazing tech that helped me out both times that I have come in.
