Es increible el mal servicio, vinimos a comprar alas de pollo, no habia nadie se le pregunto a tres empleados que nos ayudaran, todos sacaron excusas y que la persona encargada esraba en break, preguntamos por el manager y nos mandaron a caminar toda la tienda y el manager nunca aparecio, practicamente me parecio que es una burla de servicio al cliente

Im really sorry!!! But, no one but, no one is friendly. I hate going there but, sometimes I have no choice... The cashiers are not friendly always with means faces and no goodmorning, no goodafternoon ect... The SECURITY GUARD IS MORE FRIEND THAN ALLLLLLLL THE EMPLOYEES at the Deli OMG THE WORST!!! My apologies but, IS THE TRUTH PERIOD...I worked for publixs as a part-time at night bcs I was a single for 7yrs and got SO, SO MANY COMPLIMENTS IT WAS INCREDIBLE. GOD!!! Managers you need to give your employess a COMPLETE TRAINING and how to treat CUSTOMERS. Bcs of US they have jobs... May God Bless You All...

I love publix cakes & alway have go to this store because its closer to my house. While ,i was there today ordering a bday cake i seen a lady preparing a cake with her bare hands no gloves at all !!!! So i kindy asked the older man that was in bakery why isnt she using gloves ? He fixed the issue right way. But she didnt waste no time and started talking very bad about me to other employee that was nxt to her in spanish & not knowing i understood every word she said. She could have waited til i lft. Never again will i be returning to this publix for my nxt bday cake. Very nasty

Its a smaller Publix but it had everything you need. There is parking underneath the actual store, which is interesting and not a common feature at all. Its an OK store.
