I will never again donate or shop there. My name is Gertrude. I purchased a what i thought was a whole stereo system. The clerk assured me it worked and turned it. I didnt think to check of the speakers actually matched the stereo. Because it is a christian organization and Ive donated in the past i never thought they would have sold me something like that. Well i didnt get upset. I searched around looking for matching speakers. Could not find anything. I called the store back and he said no we do not do returns. I told him i would have been alright if the speakers matched but just didnt work but they are completely different. He said talk to the manager. He also said he is rarely there and that he had not seen him in days. That was a lie because he was there when i purchased the unit and it had only been a day at that point. I left my name and number and have yet to receive a call. So buyer beware. This is not a christian organization.

The people that leave bad reviews have to realize that this is THRIFT store. You must think to ask questions on an item you are interested in or inspect it thoroughly yourself, that goes for anywhere really. Never had a problem myself with this place, been going for years. Just remember its not a high-end department store & have fun looking!

Lighting is bad,doesnt feel welcoming.books and stuff around it seem to be just tossed around.whole place is messy.
