Normally fantastic, couldnt complain, and then my step dad died of cancer and I had to leave a relAtionship struggling with my own health needing two more surgeries managing what is something Ill unfortunately have forever and with my pinched nerve in my neck and another unexpected fall I have never been so unhappy with my treatment as if I did something wrong when life happens and I never ever had an issue at Cvs and if not for my insurance change and specialist recommendation Id of never of known Lincourt existed. I will say Loui and Floyd are wonderful and Im unsure of why the two have such terrible body language and how one stared as if I did anything wrong. I couldnt even leave town for the death of a man that raised me like a real father that happens to be my step dad because how bad my injuries are and Not receiving one medication at all or Id of been fine. Im NOT ok with this and it couldnt of happened at a worse time, my step father lives in Odessa and flying now after everything and waiting for hours for a dilievery that never came but somehow I got the terrible treatment and why ever be afraid of people that are hurting you more and putting you in the hospital its all one persons opinion because Ubers expensive and delivery was a blessing until financial hardship and my step dads sudden illness this place was a Godsend. wrong.

Bad service, bad attitude, takes forever, incomplete prescriptions, doesnt have medications in stock, cant call in and get a human, poorly trained and very small staff. Just waited 2 hours to fill 3 prescriptions. The last 4 times that I got meds filled, they did not have the very common medications in stock. Non-handicapped delivery driver always parks in handicapped spots. It has never, ever been their fault and I get attitude from several members of their staff when I point out gently that their service needs to be worked on. Absolutely the worst pharmacy that Ive ever used. This is not a small mom and pop operation, they are running absolute minimum staff at lowest wages possible with almost no pharmaceuticals in the building on hand. Avoid at all costs.
