Unfortunately it was not a good experience, the pharmacist seemed annoyed that customers were there at 10 oclock when the counter opened? Unfortunately for her, people need their medicine at all times. Specifically, the pharmacist was short with me. She asked me a question about one of my prescriptions, when I answered, she didnt like my answer so she just repeated the question again, and then again. I find that to be an extremely rude way to communicate with customers. I will never go back to this Pharmacy within this Walgreens again. I had asked about two prescriptions earlier in the conversation, but when she finished talking about the first prescription, she acted like I didnt need anything else?? At this point, it was clear to me she wasnt happy to be working with the customers, and I wasnt happy dealing with her. I just left. Im going to fill that Rx at another Pharmacy..

Dont use pharmacy here. I took an hour to pick up my toothpaste. When I showed my prescription, they said If they have it, I need to wait 20-30 mins which was fine because they have lots of prescriptions. But I asked after come back 30 mins, if you dont have what should I do? Then, she said she will check they have it or not. After 30 mins, I asked to pick up mine and I needed to wait 5 mins more and they will call my name, but after 10 mins, they didt call me so I asked them again then they picked mine on the side and give it to me. Thank you for the FAST process.

I just spent $100 here and had probably the worst customer relations experience of my life. The cashier Alexandra was rude and bossy to me demanding that I take all items out of the cart before she would scan them. Then she asked me for my ID. Then she demanded me to hand her the cart. When I gave her my ID before the cart she became even more rude. Im sure she deals with homeless locals all day but her attitude to me was unprofessional, rude, and bossy. The reason I went ahead with the purchase was because Im here in business and really needed the items.

Nobody cares about the drug store they go to. Thats true until youve been to the new(-ish) Walgreens in chinatown. Holy hell. Three floors of wonder. First floor has snacks, icees, frozen yogurt, beer, etc.. downstairs more of the traditional drugstore contents.. plus more beer (and wine!). Upstairs is a cosmetics station and I think a manicure booth... not my bag, but cmon, this is amazing.

Excellent customer service. You can get in and out of the pharmacy in less than 10-minutes with minimal lines if you use their Pick-Up Express line. If you dont prepare in advance, your wait will be up to 30 min, which is about average. Their wifi is painfully slow and their chairs are uncomfortable.

This is the worst Walgreens of them all. There are always different employees working there, and they are not well trained. The other problem I take issue with, is that their prices are always different from their advertisements. This location is very shady, and I wont be coming back in the future.

Terible customer service. Employees. Look like gangsters pants hanging showing there unwear. Homeless people hanging and sleeping in front of the store plus begging for money from when the store open to close. Sad dirty should be closed down. Something needs to be done. Gives D.C. a bad name.

This Walgreens is always full of people, but somehow they keep the line moving. This is a fully stocked location. They have many items that are not carried in other locations. The bottom floor has quick items you can pick up if you need to attend a quick birthday dinner after work.

Im from Florida and just visited this Walgreens...Cheryl in beauty department was absolutely AMAZING!! Very knowledgable and a sweetheat to top it off!! If you are ever in the area go see her she will brighten your day and get great products too!! I will be back just to see her!!

The big guy with tattoos is the most unprofessional cashier Ive ever met. He had an attitude overcharged me and when I knocked over an item and said "sorry" to him he mean mugged me like he wanted to fight. So if u go to China town walgreens avoid him at all costs!!!!!!!

Ive been here before and received great service. There must be new staff because the young lady there was very rude. I was almost stunned at how she spoke to me. Her manager looked scared and he did not want to do anything. I walked away but this should not happen.

Check your products before you leave! My boyfriend bought me an eye patch and when I opened it, it was empty. Since there was literally nothing to exchange we couldnt exec go to a closer one abs he had to go all the way back (from suitland) to get another one.

Other than the occasional pan handlers in front and across the st. the workers are energetic fun and cool and move the lines pretty fast. However if you looking for your occasional jump off being gay or straight its in china town 24 7.

We stopped at this location during the blizzard 2016 and they wouldnt even let my wife use the restroom. This just shows how Walgreens does not care about people. I am so happy I left the company after 11 years of working for them.

Very rude staff at the pharmacy, condescending, discriminatory and racist. Their response to you is based on what insurance you have. Ill never go back nor recommend them to anyone. Id rather go to CVS on Massachusetts ave NW!!

A Urban Walgreens, go down the escalator for most of your pharmacy and hygiene needs. Also have a sandwich bar and ice cream machines.. No automatic machines and the line was long midday on a weekday.

One of the biggest walgreens Ive ever been to, with 3 levels. The top is completely skin/makeup/perfume for all those makeup gurus out there. Clean and super accessible.

Nice that they were open before 7 am but they didnt have regular monster...asked a clerk, didnt seem like they even carried it...all types of other monsters.

They only carry the triple-power foot powder, which is cold garbage far as Im concerned. Regular is way better. But the little escalators were fun.

Quick and Easy app , scan the Bottle to fill my prescription is Great , Always ready Quickly! Much better the Grubbs Or CVS. Friendlier too.
