Firstly, I dont understand that when the pharmacys busy, there is only one booth open and you can see 3-4 others moving around behind the counter. Obviously if you see a line-up building & the current person at the desk is bombarding the pharmacist with several questions about their prescription, you should have a second pharmacist available to help out. Secondly, my doctor called my prescription into that pharmacy and I called 2 days after & was told it wasnt there. My doctor said it may take her time to find a replacement prescription to match my one from Canada. So I figured Id give it a few days - I called a total of 4 times within 2 weeks & was told, my prescription was not there. So I figured, wait a couple more days. So I called twice in one day - the first lady said it still wasnt there, called my doctor, she said it was processed the day AFTER I had seen her, angrily, I called back the pharmacy & spoke to a different lady, explained everything to her, she said no it wasnt but shed check another section, she comes back to tell me it IS there but that I havent been set-up in the system so I had to come in to do that (which made no sense because I picked a prescription up from them before!) I just dont understand how the other 3 pharmacists I talked to never mentioned or thought to look in that other section, theyd just say "no, its not here, call your doctor", like I said, I picked up a prescription from them before so how was I to know I wasnt in the system. Aggravating!

I love going here, prefer it over the other grocery stores in the area. They always have great sales & extra coupons from the isave machine (located in produce area), gas points for every purchase (can use at Sunoco station across the street). Produce & meat selection are fantastic. They also give u money for using reusable shopping bags (3 cents per bag). The staff is always super friendly and have even helped me to my car when I had both my sons & a lot of groceries. They offer it to everyone at check-out.

The re-vamped store is awesome compared to what it was! But, the real draw is a gentleman who goes by the name of Mack in the Meat Department. Super friendly, always a smile and quick to lend you a hand with any of your needs! Market 32 is not the closest grocery store to me but i take the ride and go there just because of him! A grocery store is nothing without customer service and Mack sets an excellent example of that.

I ordered flowers from them for a sick friends birthday. There was a mix-up with a new employee, so they didnt get there on time. When I notified them, they corrected the mistake by sending the most beautiful bouquet Ive ever seen, totally delighting my friend, and not charging me a penny. Please use this florist! Hard to find good businesses like these folks today. Ill be purchasing from them again

Pharmacy has been awesome. Also one of the nicest cashiers and careful baggers is Allyssa. A smile for everyone and does her best to help even the most aggravated customer. Only drawback is the prices are not competitive. I can go next door to Walmart and get same coffee for 3.00 less, butter, Splenda, frozen lean cuisine dinners etc. only will get my meats and fresh fruits or vegetables there.

I ink once it gets organized and teach the cashiers manners it will be ok ......asked for a sandwich the girl comes out gotta figure out how to make it. And the cashier was to busy talking to ppl behind me she didnt finish packin so i started to do her job she turns to me ...." better hurry up or you wont catch up." and started ringing the person she was talking to .

Awesome staff and tons of different products and companies. I love shopping here with my two young daughters there are always samples and if we make it to the bakery (which we usually do) the girls always ask for cookies and the staff always has some on hand. All around great place to shop.

Stupidly expensive. No rhyme or reason to the isles. Lady behind the deli chose to clean slicer, slice and bag ends and rearrange glove boxes rather than help customers that were waiting, leaving one kid to to fill orders. Wont be back.

Absolutely terrible service by Jesse. Was rude, obnoxious and basically threw my change at me. He even packed my eggs and bread under the bottles of pop. Came home to 7 broken eggs and squished bread. I will never shop here again.

Large selections. Shelves are well stocked. Lots of specials going on. Very clean and orderly. Easy to navigate. The store is clean. Employees are professionals. I couldnt ask for anything more. This is definitely my go to.

I enjoy shopping late at night to avoid lines but at the Torrington Market 32, there was one cashier and no self checkouts. I waited 30 minutes to ring out, I will no longer be shopping here.

Amazing! The quality of the foods is matched by the outstanding service. The place looks gorgeous, the food is high quality and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely love it here. Some of the prices are a bit steep, but the selection and variety more than make up for it. Now if they would just offer croissants at the bakery...

For the size of the store there should be more staff available to help customers. No baggers and the cashier was not very helpful the last time I went in.

Great place. Better than stop and shop and walmart. Better than agi, and all other markets near here. Only comparable place is shop rite in canton.

Best place to buy your beef. Other prices are higher unless on sale but the steaks are the best in town.
