Just fell outside on the ice waited six minutes outside for someone to come sand it. Walked back inside complained again. Said they couldnt do it right now because it was the rush, took it upon myself to put sugar on top of the ice so no one else fell. Wouldve taken them five seconds to pour something on top of it. Justhope someone else doesnt fall.
