I ended up giving them about 8 towers to recycle one time. Another time i went to get my laptop fixed. Josh (owner) ended up giving me a break down of all my options from using his services or not. being a do it myself guy his quotes and opinion was very reasonable. I even brought my bosses laptop (Macbook) there, instead of going to PCW. Once we got it back there were no longer any issues. which if any of you go to PCW you can agree theres always something else wrong after you get it back most of the time. To sum it up, i have been here many times, or have messaged josh many times to get opinions, quotes, or something looked at and fixed and never have i felt disappointed. it may be a bit out of the way but it is def worth the drive. I can stand by their name as the owner develops a positive relationship with everyone he meets. Even if it is at 4am he will message you all night to help figure out the problem. That is real integrity.

Our Business has tried many different IT companies in the past, and Trusted Relations is just Top Notch!! They are always here in a timely manner and if running late they Always call to give you a heads up!! Thats a (3 star in my book) But, by far there knowledge and support to our business needs is (4stars) and why 5 Stars will most IT companys come across either not sociable and can never explain what went wrong in terms that you can understand or make you feel like youre an idiot when you ask questions.. NOT TRUSTED RELATIONS, they go step by step threw the issues that occurred and why and say NO QUESTION is a stupid question... and they always make sure before they leave that all our questions and concerns have been answered!! ... And did I mention they have affordable new and refurbished equipment and IT service plans ... JUST A Great Group of IT GUYS!!

Ive passed by this business several times over the last few years but was unsure because I have not had the best experiences in the past. Some of the computer places I went to I have a fishy feeling they may have taken parts out of one of my systems. Anyway, I took a chance and stopped in. What surprised me the most was the warm friendly atmosphere. And they have a little company mascot named Timbles the cat. Beyond meeting their mascot I was greeted with someone who actually treated me like a human being and explained my issues fully in regards to how I had gotten a virus even though I had antivirus. Anyway, I had the work done here and my computer works fine nowadays. Its been about a month so i figured thats long enough and that they did the job correctly. It was more the way I was treated that I am leaving a review though. Check these guys out.

Hi Josh, I wanted to express my gratitude for volunteering your time, ideas, and passions with the entrepreneurship students at the high school yesterday. You engaged every student and undoubtedly left a positive impression on what they could all achieve. It was a tremendous speech and something many more should hear. Furthermore, I stopped by your shop afterwards to drop off a cord that was left behind and was throughly impressed by the customer service at your shop. The customer in front of me had some miscommunication about a service, but the issue was handled with professionalism and respect by your staff. I use IT service and they changed hard drive in my desktop. I had 1TB and by mistake they install 500GB. The recipe was very inaccurate and do not indicate what part was removed and what they put in. They do not check machine on front of customer. I pay together over $230 . I call them back to ask why they install smaller hard drive. The owner said that theyll order new part and call me back. Quest what? They never did. That is very ignorant and unprofessional. Do not recommending.

My Mac book pro decided to shut down on me about a week ago, and after a lot of crying and wishing I had backed up my files, my mother suggested this repair store. They made it painless and were even able to get all my files back (yaaahh!). Its not a bad price for making my computer almost brand new!! Thanks guys, for all your help!

Went over and above to repair and restore information on my computer. Extending their hours of operation to accommodate my schedule and working round the clock to give my computer back I couldnt have asked for better service. I highly recommend you bring your computer woes to Trusted Relations!!!!

I brought my machine in the was running very slow. They checked it then told me it had a bunch of viruses. I payed a lot of money to have them removed. When I brought it home I scanned it my self and Norton showed 8 viruses. The machine is slower than ever. NOT HAPPY!!!
