Bought a phone, phone did not work for two days, thought it was something to do with the settings...but the phone was faulty. They would not replace it! Said "there was nothing they could do"...said I had to go to Apple Store or pay a restocking fee. They sold faulty merchandise for $700 with no customer service when it did not work. Not satisfied at all and even though it says AT&T on the sign its not a true AT&T store, its privately owned....which I found deceiving. Signage should be illegal. Will never go back here! AT&T store in west farms mall (an official AT&T store) was much more helpful and they arent even the one who sold me the phone.

Great experience. Paul is a young but very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant individual. He takes him time to explain every detail of the plan / phone when necessary. He makes sure that the customer is truly satisfied. For some time I debated if I should change to another company due to some awful experiences with AT&T in the past however, thanks to Paul I have decided to stay. Thank you for hiring young, knowledgable and eager to learn employees.

Go to a full size store. One poor girl working there, computers not working. Just spend 45 min in there and had to walk out - one person cannot run a store where you have to spend significant amount of time with a customer. Go to Best Buy or full store in Newington on Berlin turnpike
