To provide you with an honest overall experience review here I go. I am going to start with the cost of the "Donated" so called goodies, prices are extremely expensive for donated second hand items that are actually put out for the customers. The greed from the store is noted in the merchandise display cases where all the donated great items are stored under lock and key and priced even more expensive then the regular items. My experience with their management showed me poor customer satisfaction as their mission is to put more money in their pockets instead of providing customers who help the goodwill cause with satisfying experiences. Example; can you hold this for me, worker says sure only 10-15 minutes, return within 10 minutes, manager quickly states "oh we sold the items the person behind you said he would buy them, with the look on his face with no shame"... Customer satisfaction???? My thought is I would never recommend this Store and I Will Never Return to The Manchester Goodwill again, just a plain greedy horrible management there! I would like you to consider Savers in Manchester which is fairly Clean, Bright, LOTS of Items Priced Low, GREAT DISCOUNTS, and an Excellent Staff which reflects on their Great Management System. Give them a try first before you waste your time at Goodwill...

I like this place. More expensive than Sals, but also nicer stuff and cleaner. You do need to be careful. Some items are NOT a good deal, as some things are overpriced, and definitely ask to check that a DVD case has the correct DVD in it, and to check that electrical items work (ask to plug it in). Places like Goodwill and Sals are a caveat emptor kind of place, but if youre awake and careful you can get great stuff there that you cant afford brand new. This store also has helpful, friendly staff.

This review is specifically about dropping off donations. Unfortunately I was poorly treated today when I was trying to drop off quite a few donations. I was yelled at by trying to help facilitate the process by placing items in bins that had been set out beside the location of the drop-off. I have been very happy with this location in the past but I am incredibly disappointed in the way I was treated when I was trying to donate.

Who prices that FREE DONATED STUFF anyway - and what do they do with the BETTER ITEMS that are DONATED for FREE... you are better off going Savers, a church or hospital thrift shop. When you are running a for profit company inside of a charity you should at least offer better products and the prices should make sense. Plus company cars, houses and BONUSES are not helping those in actual needs.

Horrible !!! Open playground for undiciplined unsupervised children !! Running all over the place, crashing into people (me twice), pulling merchandise off shelves and hangers onto the floor --- not a parent that cares in sight. I couldnt wait to get out of there!! And then, the customer in front of me asked the cashier what was 5% of 10,, she didnt know!!! Went to get a calculator !!!!

The prices are SO high!! $12.99 for a pair of used pants. 3/4 of items doesnt have tags on them so when asked the price it seems the employee just pulled a number out of thin air. $12.99 for a dirty used backpack. $9.99 for flip flops. No thanks! Ill go to Target and pay cheaper for NEW items.

This place is expensive. They routinely remove the current sale color tags from the selling floor so you rarely get anything 50% off. To think they get their stock for free, as donations, and charge high prices....deplorable. The staff is nice, most of them. The store is usually clean.

Way over priced! I thought this was a second hand store and these are all donated items. Be reasonable most of the shoppers are people who cant afford to buy brand new clothes so why are they charging what Walmart does for a new item? Might as well go buy new.

Ripping people off .. prices are way too high for USED items.. $13.00 for a thin stained used sweater. Bunch of overpriced junk. Most things have stains and tears they sold me a fake coach bag for $35 said it was real.. never again

This is a nice sized goodwill. And the prices arent rediculious like some others in the state. They also have 15 or 20% off on your birthday month for one purchase. Theyre also very friendly!

Purchased a DVD of Shark tale last night, called this AM because upon arriving home DVD case was empty. No refund and manager might ok a replacement after spending 60,00 there! Never again!

This Goodwill seems to have a nice rotation of baby/kids clothes. I havent been too impressed with the mens clothes, but I will continue to come back and look for bargains.

Great prices on lightly used items. Picked up a bicycle that was like new for my niece for $8. Friendly helpful staff and a great selection of items.

The staff is very friendly at this store and is fairly easy to get around the store. The store is also fairly large and has a good selection.
