The staff gives off a negative vibe!! Especially if you are still deciding on what to purchase when you are next in line!!...you better know exactly what you want when its your time to order, or else be prepared for dirty looks and passive aggressive comments by the staff!!..I understand they want to keep the line moving, but when you are paying $6.00 dollars for a lousy cup of coffee, one doesnt like to be treated like cattle!!!!... Just a suggestion, try not selling so many other items then!!....like sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc!!....carrying more items isnt always better!!....Try just focusing on good coffee and good customer service!!..after all, without customers like me, you wouldnt have a business to begin with!!!!...

Ive now become friends with about half of the staff here. I read like this Starbucks. The manager does a great job, and that comes out in the service. Theres no question that the employees here view each other as a family. Thats for better and for worse, but its a very human atmosphere. I love that, and so must a lot of others, because this place is ALWAYS serving someone. Pat is a great guy and Ive never gotten a bad drink from Jenn or Terra. Or anyone else, for that matter. Service is excellent, and the place is very clean.

I ordered my usual...cafe vanilla bean frap with 2% no whip. The guy made it without the coffee and when I brought it to attention, like the sign says. The girl behind the counter says thats how they are made (no coffee) I explained I asked for coffee in it and the guy took the drink and threw it the sink splashing it all over. Glad I was able to watch him make my new one so I knew he didnt spit in it or anything. If youre having a bad day keep it to yourself.

Great Starbucks.. Great location.. Coffee is always fresh and the staff knows what my usual is and always gets it started when I walk in the door.. the employees are friendly, personable and outgoing.. Ask how my day is going and always make sure Im happy with my coffee. What can I say.. Its a great cup of coffee! However, if you like coffee flavored water.. Theres always Dunkin Donuts.. Lol

After only a few visits to this Starbucks, the people working there remembered both me and what I liked. Everything I have ever bought there has been well made and served with personality. A really great Starbucks. I just wish their seating area was bigger. Aside from that... Great!
