I walked out after feeling personally insulted by the barrage of pro-Trump remarks and rhetoricals between the two cashiers whist they were checking out customers. I dont care what your personal political beliefs are, but I do take issue when you project pointed insults at individuals with conflicting beliefs, and thats what these two individuals were doing. Working as a cashier, as a representative of a company, and speaking loudly in provocative terms about a polarizing issue, and insinuating that those who share a different belief are "idiots" and "morons" is just bad business. For what its worth, I was not the only customer in that line that walked out... I also left my cart, with over $150 merchandise, in the store and went over to PJs. I wont return to a place where clerks have the lack of awareness and sensitivity to entertain what should be private conversations in the publish sphere.

I have been in a few times and for the most part without any incidence. However, I have been in a few other times where there have been incidents with poor customer service. The first incident occurred when I went in for a simple bottle of Jameson and asked the person who usually sits behind the counter if they were out? He replied they they were out and then asked if he could recommend something else similar, he just looked at me until I went away. The other time I had nearly a case of beer and a few bottles of wine, I was waiting in line and new register opened up and the man behind the counter again showed how much of an ass he can be. I went to the new register and he insisted that I allow other people to go ahead of me who only had single bottles of whatever, not sure why this person works retail. I was very close to dropping whatever I had and just walking out.

Daytime staff are super rude and unfriendly. Ive spent hundreds of dollars in their store and have been going there for 2 years and they still dont even know who I am and routinely claim "none of them have ever seen me before" (the same lady has said that to me 3 times now LMAO) and try to throw me out. Today I was told that "Anyone without ID isnt even allowed to be in the store because its against the law" (a bald faced lie). Night staff however is great. They know me and remember me (and the fact that Im 23 and stopped carding me ages ago because as I said Ive been going there 1-3 times a month for 2 years which is why I forget to bring my card) and are always friendly. Fine store if you go after like 9 pm or so.

I have been in to this store 3 times and the staff does not acknowledge me when I walk in the store nor do they ask if I need any help finding anything. Everytime I check out they make me feel like I am doing something illegal, even though I am in my mid-20s, they never thank me for my business they actually make it seem like I am imposing and the last thing they want to do is help me. Its funny because my father who is in his late 50s says he loves going there and he gets great customer service. So I guess my problem is that just because I am young gives the staff has no reason to be rude. I will never go there again.

Big store, usually a decent selection, but I wonder if they are closing?? The shelves were half full at most, the people in line in front of me were complaining that the wine they were looking for has had an empty space on the shelf for over 60 days. They had no micros in stock except for a dozen or so random 6 packs (they normally have among the best selection in town). No left hand?? There is no excuse for that- they are less than 2 miles from the brewery. Either they are closing or have fallen on hard times over the past 2 months. Not worth going right now.

The owner insulted my girlfriend because she didnt have an ID, DESPITE the fact that were both well over 21 and in our mid 20s. Just once Id like us to be able to shop at a liquor store and not be insulted by management when buying, its disgusting that courtesy goes by the wayside in the liquor business because the business is too afraid of selling to a minor. If you want to avoid hassle and a long recitation of state liquor laws id try a different store. I know Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on even though it equates to a longer drive.

When I have a need for large purchases, Twin Peaks is definitely my go-to. They have a huge variety of wine, liquor, and beer, and their deals are pretty phenomenal. I easily spend $100 around December on gifts since they carry most of the major labels holiday promotional packages (free glasses, decanters, etc. with the purchase of a drink) and for that amount, can get gifts for just about all of my family/friends thats both short term pleasure and long-term benefit. Definitely a top choice.

They have a great selection of anything you might want. Also, this is the only place in Longmont that I have found Mix & Match 6 packs... AND if you get 6 of them, they take 20% off. From work, I drive out of my way, past several other stores and my house to come here to buy drinks, then turn around and drive back to my house.

They are consistently rude and are often out of stock, especially for their sale items. And if you get a rain-check, dont be surprised if they give you grief when you try to use it. Ive started going to Fox Creek (Im downtown, so the distance is the same). The staff is pretty friendly, and the specials are decent.

We used twin peaks liquor for our wedding, they were very helpful in getting us the wine and beer we wanted at a decent price however the taps they gave us were useless, in fact in flattened s while keg of beer. I suggest if you by kegs from these guys you get taps somewhere else.

Visiting Denver from Atlanta and stopped by Twin Peaks. Im a bourbon drinker and they have an excellent selection of bourbons - some that are difficult to find in Atlanta. I highly recommend checking them out.

They always have what Im looking for and the staff is friendly. I like the location because of its closeness to the King Soopers, but because of that, the parking situation is usually a cluster.

Great local shop with a surprisingly large selection. They are the only place in Longmont that Ive seen carrying the Suavecito tequila - a Denver specialty that is incredibly smooth.

I only go here for the kegs. Selection is ho-hum but the staff is ALWAYS and consistantly surly and rude. They act like they would like to be anywhere other than helping you.

Poorly trained staff, almost lost a toe due to a dolly racing by without even bothering to greet me. WILL NEVER SET TOE IN THAT STORE AGAIN!
