Every time I go into this Sallys I have a terrible experience with the employees. Im a huge Sallys fan, and I go in quite often, but after this last experience I am considering other salons to buy my hair color from. There are two girls whom I see here every time I go in, (I know their names but I dont want to put that on such a public site), and they are OVER THE TOP rude towards me. And its unwarranted. I am naturally very polite and I seriously only walk in to buy hair color. They dont greet me when I walk in the door, they say all of two words when Im checking out, and then they hand me my bag and squint in such a rude manner as I walk out of the store. What the heck?! Do you hate your job SO MUCH you have to be so bitter towards every customer? And its not just me, I see them snub every person who walks in. I am calling corporate... I cant stand the icky feeling I feel when I walk out of the store. I feel disrespected and not valued. Worst customer service, ever! Hands down! Dont go in here if you enjoy kind service.

Bought an eliminator per an employees recommendation. It didnt do anything to my hair but leave it smelling like foul rotten eggs. I went back to Sallys to ask for guidance on what to do next. The manager suggested I purchase another box and try again. Again, the product did nothing so I returned to the store to show the manager. She begrudgingly refunded my money. I returned the next day asking her what would be a good brand of hair bleach as I was going to do a bleach cap. The manager and another hair illiterate Sallys employee actually told me they would not help me pick a bleach, this method would not work and I should go to a beauty school to have them process my hair! I now have to drive out my way to another Sallys location for advice because this store employs such horribly rude employees. And by the way, the bleach cap worked perfectly for what I was trying to achieve!

Was ok. They did greet me and helped me find hair extensions but the constant "sales are final" repeated every minute from what looked to be the manager (older lady) was uncalled for. The younger lady was kind enough to help me and even went to the back to find a lighter color for me. But the older lady needs to relax. I dont know what it is I did exactly to make her burst into this behavior repeatedly, as I try to offer the utmost respect and niceness to everyone. I didnt ask about the return policies or anything. Three of the eight (yes eight) times she said this to me she wasnt even near me. Really? Thats not necessary... Please be kind to your customers because without us you wouldnt have a paycheck. But to the lady who helped me, thank you.

TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER BE BACK. First I walk into the store and there is nobody working on the floor. (I use to work for this company so I know that is a huge no no!) Then a girl comes out and I ask about exchanging a hair color. She says that wont be a problem.... I then show her a picture of a hair color that I was looking for. I asked if they had a color that would be similar. She says of you can just look at the sample colors but I cant help you and walked away. I was like are you serious... YES I AM AWARE that you can just look at the sample colors but I was asking for another eye... for help. Thats your job. I left because she was so rude. I will never be back there.

Worst place ever. I went it there and asked which products I should buy to tone my hair. They lady started handing me 4 things rushing through everything and when I asked questions she said just do what the bottle says. I went home and did and my blonde hair that I love is ruined. In the last week I have tried everything to get the purple, then silver and a now nasty ash color to go back to my good blonde! Dont go there! Rude and have no clue what they are doing there!!

Go with my wife but the staff is always friendly and willing to take the time to track down available coupons to lessen the costs. They always seem to have specials on items that she wouldnt normally look for but cheap enough to give them a try. Dont use the products but recommend the store.

I agree with Chynna. They are not only rude but extremely ignorant about the products they have on the shelves. I now buy online. NOT going into the store is worth the shipping costs.
