The Doc.

The pharmacist at this location are incompetent. I tried to get my refill on Sunday but they forced me to wait 6 days to get my refill, first they said they needed to confirm the prescription with my doctor even though I brought in a written prescription from my doctor. He filled it out correctly so there was no confusion or anything they just didnt want to fill it I guess. I called back on Monday so I could speak to the head pharmacist and they said there was a problem with their computer and it wouldnt let them refill it. So I waited till Tuesday and the head pharmacist told me I should have been able to pick up the prescription on Sunday but it seems someone made a mistake when they input the medication on the computer. I called my doctor and even he said I should have been able to refill the medication on Sunday, he ended up calling them but even he couldnt get them to do it. Finally on Wednesday they said they would fill it but guess what? They didnt have the medication in stock. I had been calling about this refill for 4 days, they knew I was going to get it filled but they didnt bother restocking the meds while they made me wait. So they told me in the morning that they would get the medication in after 12pm and it would take an hour to fill so it should be ready after 1pm. So I took time off work to go down and get it.... guess what? They didnt get the medication! They didnt even put in the order to get it and again they told me to wait. At this point I transferred the prescription to CVS. But they werent done messing with me cause CVS kept saying they didnt send it, while this Walmart kept saying they did send it. I called right up until they closed and finally the next morning they sent it out. This was such a headache to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY.
