Visited this mall in 2017 and it has transformed so much as compared to 2012. There are a lot of stores & food stalls that are introduced. If you love to shop at Forever 21 but you dont like the hustle and bustle in the store at other malls then you should come here. Went there around 5 pm on a Sunday evening and this store was still in good conditions. Clothes were not flying around or were in good order. There were a lot of other stores like Sears, Macys, JCP, etc. Food court was very spacious and there were a lot of options for almost everyone. There is a starbucks on the first floor and a beautiful seating area near it. Can get a drink here and relax for sometime before continuing shopping ;) Parking is outside the mall on an open lot and it was huge. Didnt had any problems in finding the parking spot. Outside the mall there are a good number of eating options like Olive Garden, Reb Robin, and a sushi place. So if you are going for an entire day, you will be able to keep yourself occupied.

Worst mall ever, customer service is horrible at every business. Just waited 1.5 hours (0nly 6 people in front of me) to take pictures with santa. When I got to front of line, I had to wait while the cashier (who was off on his cell phone the entire time I was there) bitched out santa!! Really????? Santa was trying to get the line moving faster and the young man proceeded to yell and throw a tantrum in front of a mall full of people, wow. Then I went to Auntie Anniess and waited forever for pretzel bites and as Im walking away and open my bag, I see that they gave me the wrong thing, ARGH!!!

Eastridge mall where you can go shopping in Macys, JC Penney, Sears, Victorias secret and there are also other stores that I failed to mention. Watch movies in AMC, play bowling, billiard, table tennis and do karaoke in Round 1 and 24 hr Fitness. It has USPS that accepts US passport application, it is open at 10 am but a waiting line forms before 8 am. USPS accepts 40 applications per day. After all those activities, go to Tomi an all you can eat buffet that specialize on japanese cuisine or to Red Robin.

Only come here for round one, but the times I come I do peak and what the mall offers. The outside looks new and revamped, but the inside is really dated. If they can upgrade the inside, itd be more pleasant to shop at. Also from the perspective I saw it at, it doesnt look like they have much stores, but again I only see from round 1. While we were at round 1 we wanted to bowl, but the worker told us about a 2 hour wait. Id totally understand had there not been so many empty lanes.

I usually hate malls because of the general smark and demanding attitude people carry with them, but I have to say I love this mall. Not too crowded and workers are generally glad to work there but not always. Aside from that, its clean and has many shops to go to as well as a Barnes and Noble, 24Hour, AMC, and a few restaurants. The movie theater in its self is something to go for but its a nice place all together to kick back with family or friends or with ones self.

This mall goes through phases. At the moment its really great. They refurbished almost all parts of it and brought in a bunch of new stores including a huge and modern H&M. Due to the many open spaces and the roof that lets in a lot of light, the mall feels very spacious and never too crowded. Its always relaxing walking around and doing some shopping here. Theres also more than enough parking and the lot never gets too busy. Really like what they did with the mall.

Eastridge mall is like a UFO experiment. Havent you noticed the walkways that have you flying far above the earth and how things connect in odd ways. You see a store you really want to go to but you have to walk on these foot paths to get there that are so indirect. I like it. Its different and so not Valley Fair where the Abercrombie store has stunk up the entire mall. Eastridge will always be Eastridge - UFO foot paths and gang bangy attire and all!

This mall is slowly coming around. I like how they have managed to being in an arcade. Also some new stores coming up. The food court is not bad, but not the best I have seen. AMC is my favorite place in this mall. I also enjoy going to stores like Sears and Macy over here. However, it might sometimes feel a little disconnected from younger crowd. Overall, not a bad place for roaming around and trying the 3 dollar massage chair in the mall. Lol

Been coming here since I was young. Seen some changes but overall everythings there you need. Movies, food, massage & Fitness center. Along with Sears, Pennys and Macys as theyve passed the test of time. Sadly, Ive heard Sears has been struggling, so who knows how much longer itll be around. Whats convenient is while I service car at Sears I just grab a bite and a drink and relax enjoying the environment. Then walk around and go shopping.

I have always liked Eastridge. Its not snootie people shopping here. Some of the shops are real cheap places I never heard of with nothing to offer a 40+ age person. But the mall is trying. Has Macys, JC Penney, movie theater, and now a new bowling alley. The food court is "ok" I would like to see all food courts with some unique places, not what all the other malls have. Eastridge and East SJ in general lack good restaurant options.
