I Like the Store in Foothill Square. Pleasant, Clean, They have the Majority of whatever a Household will need. They may Not be everything to Everybody. But they get the Job done satisfactorily. I do have one issue & it was touched upon by others. The LINES at times are just too long. They have a graph of the peak hours. So why not put the Cashiers on at those HOURS. Instead of telling Folks that they have to get off Work early or wait till almost 9:30pm to shop? P.S. Please tell the Employees & Security Guards to not park in the Handicap spots

Prices and convenience of location make this a must have in the community. The lines tend to be pretty long, but most checkers get you out quickly. The produce is usually fresh and abundant, and they even have a mexican style condiment counter with guacamole. Its no Mi Pueblo, but nice to have either way. The parking lot is usually not too bad, but there are usually loose carts all around and people can be rude.

Today was OK, just had to pick up a few things and was really just in and out. Similar visits Ive ended up standing in line to check out for longer than it took me to shop. I leave and go somewhere else if I walk in and there are 3 lines open and 15 people in each one. Pisses me off but not as much as standing around til the cows come home to pay for a few iyems. They need to clean up their act.

You have to pick the right time to go in. Some days I can get in and out, but today really sucked. Seems like I am always seeing new cashiers, so if they are always training someone they are always going to have long lines. I do admit the employees that has been around for a while, will move the line. Today was an off day for me. This was not my usual shopping time.

Be ready to spend more time waiting in line than shopping if your are shopping here, 16 lanes available and only 4 open with about 15-20 carts waiting for each lane, while available cashiers are pretending to be really busy working on the isles talking about their personal lives with other coworkers. Every single time that i come this is what I go through.

This is based off my recent visit...the express cashier took his sweet time to get a key for alcohol. I had 2 items and most of the other registers were closed or had a few customers with full baskets...needless to say he had an attitude that fueled my attitude after one of the many closed cashiers took a customer because he had one item...so did I!

Ive have been a customer since the beginning and even within 1 week of opening I purchased spoiled meat and old produce. Totally stay away from mark down items, they are so old NO ONE should be consuming them. Only thing is the prices are what keep me trying, but I have brought these issues to management many times and it has yet to be corrected

Where I live, I avoid grocery stores like this. Some of the shoppers were not desirable. Its suppose to be a discount store but the prices were not much lower than the regular grocery store and not many selections. If you have a car, drive to Safeway or Vons and pay a little more (if you can).

Not as much selection as you would hope in a store that size and the cuts of beef are of a terrible quality. Practically inedible sometimes. Juat tough and gristly and hard to eat. Ive never gotten a steak or cut of beef there that wasnt terrible. Prices are competitive though.

Its all a decent shopping experience, but being located in Richmond, this facility does draw an, uhm, eclectic crowd. Sometimes its amusing, sometimes shocking. Also, there never seem to be enough checkout lanes open during peak times. Do they have staffing/turnover issues?

The only thing that I dont like about fuco that they do not have high grade meat their vegetable department is not spec healthier enough for me and theres items that other stores have that they dont have so that makes me have to go to more than one store

I like that its so close and, I save a couple of dollars, but some of those cashiers in there need training on customer service b/c some of them are just rude, they dont greet their customers and they just have jacked up attitudes, send them some help...

I was surprised how well stocked the shelves are compared to other grocery stores in the area. Picked the perfect time to go there as lines werent long and checkout was easy and quick. Cashier was really nice too as were other employees in the store.

I asked the manager to have some one to carry 35 cases of water and he didnt do anything or try do something so one employee gave different kind of car to carry 22 cases of water and get an other load that will be last time I visit foodsco

I went in and there were no carts I was directed to the manager at register 15 asked he would call a uc to round a few... He tells me "we dont have none" and turns around. Very unprofessional as a manager I wont be going back.

Its very Hard to get someone to Help you Bag your Groceries when Youre Disabled. Clerks are not Helpful ...Stay away this Store hasnt been Here 3yrs.. Sad to see it go South soo Quick.

We moved from GA and this store carries a number of Kroger brand products which we loved using back in Atlanta hats its so far out though please keep this store open!!!

The foods Co in Foothill Square is very nice,its also some distance away from me but I can just stay on one bus.The store is always in good condition when I visit.

Great prices, great location to the freeway, and lots of room for customers. Check out isnt fast and meats dont have long expiration dates. However, I LOVE IT!!!

No very pleased, lines long 16 registers only 4 open!!! Waited in line 4 over 20 minutes. Not happy. SAFEWAY is 5 blocks from your store always faster...
