The security guard who greeted me was nice, but the manager was rude. I tried returning shoes that I wore once and were clearly cutting into my ankles (I had a scab and everything) but he wouldnt allow it because of a small stain that could have easily been dusted off. The security guard was about to let it slide, but the manager was an ass.

Dont shop here. Go across the street to Plaza Mexico. It might be a bit less money to buy at WSS but Plaza Mexico has mom and pop stores that will be 1000 times more grateful for your support. I live blocks away from this store and never plan to set foot in it again.

I was greeted by a black security guard who was really disrespectful. He kept look at my chest.Other than that great customer service and sales associates are very helpful and nice.
