Ive been here several times and it must have changed radically since those older reviews because I have had just the opposite experience. The people are super nice, and the patio area outside is spacious and a really lovely place to hang out. There are plenty of electrical outlets inside, more than in a lot of other Coffee Bean and Teal Leafs I go to. It also has one of the cleanest bathrooms Ive seen in a coffee house. Its crawling with college students, but thats sort of par for the course for an establishment located adjacent to USC. Theres also reasonable parking which I cant say of ANY of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leafs downtown.

This is a review of the coffee beans, not the cafe or the espressos that are served by the cafe. The coffee beans: theyre great! I picked up a 12-ounce bag of their Concepcion Picayune at yesterdays Pop-Up General Store. Ive been making French press coffees with the beans today, and I really like whats in my cup! This coffee is totally delicious; its certainly on par with the Marcela Honduras coffee that Ive gotten from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Thumbs up!

Decent service....However I phoned in an order and expressed that I was on a 15minute break....the Barista assured me that it would be ready....much to my chagrin....when I arrived it,wasnt.....not only did I have to re-order but I had to wait, like 10min....because they lost the reorder....smh....please do better CBTL....I love yall way too much for this!!!!

This particular Coffee Bean is in such a great location. You can sit outside and enjoy the suns rays while having the cool breeze and soothing sound of the water fountain relax you as you sip on your drink. There is also a very cozy inside where you can have a seat or lounge on a comfy couch. The service is great!

AMAZING tea and ambiance. This place is great not just because of the extremely wide variety of tea but its a perfect spot quiet spot to go read, write or just have some funny banter with the staff. The only reason I didnt give 4 stars is parking is horrible and I wish it was bigger.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf provides an excellent space for a quick chat or a meeting, both inside and outside. The service is great and the tea there is really good, not too much sugar and refreshing on a hot summer day. You can pay using Android/Apple Pay too which is convenient.

Nice and quiet place that serves match green tea! The fun part for me is picking out my tea cup from the wall shelf. Although they do not serve food, they allowed me to order food next door at Field of Greens. I was able to eat my meal from Field of Greens at their tea shop.
