So not the worst but definitely not the best, Starbucks needs to focus their training on professional development and not so much on being good with customers they seem to get that down, but seriously teach their employees to remember "youre still at work, even if it is an edgy coffee shop...."

Typically I can count on the cleanliness of a Starbucks not the case here. The bathroom was filthy. The main strore looked as i5d the floor hadnt been cleaned in over week. Milk smeared on the counter. This description does not describe my dissatisfaction or the filth.

Its 5:30 in the evening. My boy and I stopped in for a frappuccino. There are 6 people working behind the counter. We have been sitting here waiting for 10 minutes and still dont have our Frappuccino. Oh and were the only ones who have ordered in the last 10 minutes.

of all the starbucks that Ive been in this country, this is 1 of the nicer ones that I have come across. the people behind the counter were fantastic, the service was great, and the coffee was fresh... I am so glad that I am a gold card member
