i would not give this place half of a star, i ordered a chest rest chair, and the thing costed me 211.00 dollars, only because they charged me 82.00 for shipping, when amazon got the same thing thru them as well and shipping in only 23.00 and they dont want to match the price and give me the money back,when what amazon carries is thru world wide tattoo as well. not only the money, but my chair got here all scratched up, NO wheels, and box was all beat up it had like a pound of tape around the box, no signature required for drop off when i paid extra for that. i sent them pictures of my chair, the base and box were all beat up and they are trying to blame it on USPS when the issue started in the ware house by not supervising properly the items before the boxes get shut to be send. im very upset with this situation. they are quick to mess orders but no one answers my emails or calls about this issue. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE.

Honestly this place needs Zero Stars! Horrible customer service! Dont return calls for days! Ordered their Thermal Fax that was suppose to be just like 3M. I paid close to $1000 with shipping an the extended warranty. So I had 4 yr warranty on it. It had to go back numerous times a year. I had pay shipping to and from each time. That was like $120 to send and come back) So I paid another $1000 in shipping of rate extended warranty returns! I think in 5 years we had 4 different machines. None of them worked more than a hot minute! The last one they shipped me I was told by Fred that it was a whole new revamped model! HA! It last 1 month! and its worst its ever been! DO NOT USE this company! Also its been mentioned anyone can get stuff from this place not just professionals! The best new Thermal Fax is sold by King Pin. Its made in Europe and works flawless! Kingpin is best company and stands behind what they sell!

I havent even yet received my first shipment of products from this company and I cant wait to write this review! I placed my order a couple days ago and everything went together without any problems. The very next day I received a phone call from them explaining that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and the website mistakenly let me order it anyways. Instead of asking if they could back order the product or refund me for it, they immediately offered to replace it with a comparable product but after checking on the website with what they replaced it with I found it to be much more expensive than what I had originally ordered. Im thrilled with their level of customer service, theyve gained a customer for life!

Very disappointed with this company. I would NOT recommend them unless you want to prank someone into have a horrible experience with online shopping! I spent about $750.00 and my package had a sealed sticker ripped in half with a new one placed over it, the boxes where in horrible shape with dents scratches and dirt all over them so I called the company to see if they could replace the package and I got the runaround when I finally got a answer they said I have to pay for the delivery of the replacement after I payed them $35.50 for UPS Ground S/H fee. Dont waist your time!

have order from them several times and it was ok.. but this last time i was missing and item and most of the disposables had holes in the packaging meaning they are useless,,, when i spoke to costumer service they had the nerve to tell me everything shipped ok and to double check!! as if i missed the only ink bottle i order and the freaking disposable tubes werent all opened... they completely stopped answering and denied a refund or to ship what i paid for.. will differently recommend king pin or tatsoul over them anytime after this customer service experience.

Had a great experience, only probably is when I got home after running the rest of my errands, I found out my 60 color eternal ink set I purchased only had 58 colors, I called,and left a message, now waiting to see what they say later on today, I will definitely edit my post and let you all know what they do about it, other then that this place is awesome, Gary,,also I will put 5 stars if they fix this issue

Most of the gear is cheap chinese made stuff, but good for someone just starting out with tattooing. However, I must say that both times I returned something I had to call TWICE to get them to actually issue the refund. It is possible they are just forgetful or a little incompetent, but it seems shady. Were they hoping I would just forget about my refund so they could keep it? I have to wonder...

My tattoo supple source. I like your new show room, wish you were closer to my though. Damm traffic sometimes is a B**TCH. The girl in the front is also very hot and nice. Been using there blue boxed needles for years, love there bugpins. When are you getting Starbrite? They told me they will be getting Starbrite soon. I am still waiting!!!

I am very upset with this company. I spent $376.19 with this company. I ordered my things in march and it is now June I havent yet received my order . That they say was set on my door step without a signature on arrival. They dont even plan on fixing there mess up . You dont leave almost 400.00 on someones front porch to get took

There products suck garbage i advise anyone if there going to buy tattoo supplys to go some where else i went there to see if they could help me out with a power supply part i needed with a power supply i bought from them they couldnt help me smh garbage products i will never go there again

Disliked the products. Needles were unusable as others claimed. Bent at the tip. Also, power supply broke within 2 weeks. NOT RECOMMENDED! This supply company is terrible. Just google the reviews of this place. They have fallen down since the beginning when they used to be ok.

They told me that they were going to be open until 5:30 when I talked to them on the phone so I drove out from Rancho Cucamonga to find out that they closed at 4:30. Cant believe that I wasted my time and gas money coming here.
