They dont pay for enough staff and theyre overburdened. Always super long wait. Ive also had them tell me they ran out of pills and could only fill half my prescription so Id have to come back in 3 days to get the rest. So I had to come back and wait in line for 30 min again. Basically 30 min waiting to pick up one prescription Ridiculous. After I transfer all my prescriptions Im going to stop using this. Walmart is actually usually cheaper anyway (but far for me) and Walgreens is usually only a couple dollars more expensive. The staff are friendly tho, its not their fault. Its obviously cheap, incompetent management.

The pharmacy here provides competitive prices like you might expect from Costco. However, Im surprised at the number of times theyve made small but irritating mistakes with prescriptions. I often take my elderly parents there to get their rx filled and just in recent memory they have: 1) Called and said a rx was ready but it wasnt. 2) Only partially filled an order with multiple prescriptions (we had to wait). The people there and in the rest of the store are very nice but Id say about 1/3 of our visits to the pharmacy involve some sort of complication. You need patience to visit this pharmacy.

I dont know how people could give a 1 star, some of the challenges and complaints are common to pharmacies. They rely on physician prescriptions and even patients to do their part (order refills on time, etc.) My experience w/Costco: they are very efficient, explain medications, have automated re-fill and send a fax to a physician if your Rx is expired, immediately. On occaision a drug is not in stock. The prices are often less than the copay! I highly recommend Costco and their pharmacy. My only complaint is that they only use Citibank Card, the service was tremendously better w/Amex and Discover.

Theyre always professional and quick. Customers are provided with an area to line up that is far enough away from the counter to insure others dont hear confidential medical conversations. (Though some customers dont follow the rules) The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are professional and respectful and try to maintain a class A persona through difficult transactions. Kudos to them, I couldnt do it!

I have used Costco Pharmacies at different stores for many years, and always had low prices and accurate service. Staff is friendly, if a bit rushed. Sometimes the lines are a bit long - expect that at Costco, but generally not a problem.

They seem to always screw up orders and then blame it on the doctors office. My doctor called the prescription in himself in front of me and they still blamed him!!!!!!

Neither professional or efficient... Horrible! All Asian women whom treat customers poor. Called and said prescription was ready but wasnt. Second time now.

The management is cheap here. They make ordering mistakes which wastes your time.
