Ice cream was decent. I had the donut/croissant with the coffee ice cream and Heath. My son had the sugar cookie with birthday cake ice cream and sprinkles. It was empty when I got there. Felt rushed to make a selection. Asked to sample one flavor was given an attitude. Made my order. When walking out my son wanted his in a cup like mine so we went back in there was a different employee there he asked for the cup and The employee acted like he was being bothered by it. So two stars due to bad service and very loud explicit music

I called the Fresno location to inquire about the pricing. I was told the sandwiches were $3.99. I called to place a large order (20) sandwiches and was then told the cost was $4.99. It is advertised that delivery is available and I also inquired about delivery. I was told they dont deliver, then they do deliver but it was a $25 charge and they wouldnt recommend using them to deliver. Needless to say I will never purchase products from this store and will advise my friends not to either.

Wanted to see what the whole hype was so after i ordered and noticed there wasnt a place to sit and enjoy. Ice cream is good but nothing amazing about this place and cookie sandwiches are simply just that. Something i can make at home i honestly thought it would be melted like a smores or deep fried! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! i will not go back not because its a terrible place..but because i think Baskin Robins is a better place and have tables available.PLUS ITS DELICIOUS.. just my opinion.

This place didnt live up to the hype for me. I got snicker doodle with caramel ice cream and my husband got chocolate chip and peanut butter ice cream. The ice cream was average and the cookies were ok. Not amazing. There is no place to sit so we ended up eating in the car, which is fine but the sandwich was so messy as it melted and dripped out if the paper wrapper. Worth a try but wont be back.

The cookie was very thin. The cookies in the liquor store next to the Cream store where much thicker than what I got here. The green tea ice cream was already melting when I got it. Would not be upset if the cookie was thicker so it wont break because of the weight of the ice cream. Make cookie sandwiches yourself look online they are much cheaper and more satisfying.

The ice cream was fantastic. But, the music was sooo loud I couldnt hear myself think and could not hear what the servers were saying. The music was filed with vile curse words and sexual content. I couldnt imagine bringing my kids to this place with music like that. The type of music should be fixed and until it is, I will not be bringing my business here.

Awful. Just awful. Bad service. The cookies were way too thin, are you trying to save money on dough? The cookie broke into prieces and the ice cream was melting before I could even walk out of the store. Whatever you do, do not purchase the ice cream sandwich. Easy 1 out of 5 stars

Good flavors, comparable to Coldstone or Maggie Moos. Great creativity with ice cream sandwiches between cookies or brownies and ice cream tacos in a huge waffle cone shell. Only downside is relatively smaller scoops.
